GOVERNMENT APPROVED FOR ARRIVAL QUARANTINE.

This gorgeous ground floor apartment opens directly onto the beautiful Paynes Bay Beach and can be rented either as one bedroom or two (please ask for two bed rate). The only ground floor apartment in these condos to have stunning sea views from both living area & luxurious master bedroom, it is beautifully furnished with all home comforts including a fully equipped Italian kitchen, luxury en suite, separate powder room with toilet, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, fast wireless internet, cable TV and 24 hour security. We offer maid service three days per week, free of charge. There are many superb restaurants either within walking distance or just a short taxi ride away, or of course, simply enjoy a meal in the apartment's private garden, listening to the sea and tree frogs! Cool off in your own private spa pool. Water sports are readily available from the beach. Swim out to the turtles or simply enjoy a stunning walk to Sandy Lane, the next bay north

Security: There is a 24 hour security guard on site. The property has a lockable gate to the beach, and electrically operated gates on the road side. The security guards are very helpful, and are responsible for putting out beach chairs and parasols belonging to the apartments.

Apartment Management: Our managing agents are very reputable and long established on the island. They are always contactable if there should be any queries or problems. A health and safety book with all relevant telephone numbers can be found in the apartment for your perusal.

The Beach: Although we have our own private sun beds on the beach, please note that no beaches in Barbados are private. Paynes Bay is a lively & popular beach with all water sports available to hire. Simply swim out to snorkel with the turtles, or if you prefer, take a very short boat trip.

This property is excellent. Steps from the beautiful beach, fully appointed kitchen, laundry, beautifully decorated, central to transportation. We had a wonderful week relaxing and enjoying the beautiful island. We will stay here again!

Amazing Apartment and Location

Not sure how to put into words the whole experience of the apartment and staying there...it was truly amazing from corresponding with Karen the owner to the concierge company, to the security on site and even Albert the gardener giving you tips on things. You couldn't get anymore closer too the sea , from walking from your home to the beach, there was everything in the apartment you need its home from home which makes you feel very comfortable and at ease straight away.. We will defiantly be visiting and staying again at the apartment.

As amazing as ever!

I'm starting to lose count how many times we've stayed here now, but there is a reason that we keep coming back here and that's because it's Paradise! The apartment is decorated to such a high standard and it's beautifully kept, if I could steal the bed I would as it's even more comfortable than my own (when is that ever true when you stay away from home?!). This year we spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach, people watching and drinking rum, the perfect escape from every day life, just what we needed! Jasmine is so lovely, she took such good care of us and will always find time to have a chat, plus her cooking is amazing, you couldn't wish for a better housekeeper! The security team who are led by Romeo are always on hand and do so much more than you would expect them to, they really are great! Everything was perfect and our next booking is already made....November 2014 can't come soon enough :-) Thank you!

Coral Cove 1 - Mahogany Tree

My wife and I enjoyed the villa and our stay at Coral Cove - Mahogany Tree. It was beautiful, especially the short walk to the beach and the plunge pool. Jasmine was a blessing. She explained to us all we needed to know about the Villa. She also told us how to ride the yellow bus, which we did frequently. Albert took beautiful care of the grounds. The bed and furnishing were very comfortable. The close proximity to Holetown was great for shopping and restaurants. Blue Sky Luxury Rep, Andrew, was extremely helpful in booking a catamaran cruise and trip to St. Nicholas Abbey. Car service drivers Andre and Collin were very friendly and helpful. Andre helped us with our grocery shopping the day we arrived. We truly had a wonderful vacation at Coral Cove.

Perfect Vacation

The Mahogany Tree condo is an excellent spot if you are looking for a laid back vacation with all of the comforts of home. The property is extremely well kept, and the staff are excellent. We will be back!

AMAZING VACATION stay at this VILLA

This was the greatest vacation rental of all the homes I rented on VRBO (approx 15 homes over the years)...I have rented several multi-million dollar homes. First, Karen was the easiest person to work with. She communicated with me and answer all my questions...I will admit, I had a LOT of questions. It was like "To good to be True" for the price...therefore I had lots of questions. Her management property team (Peter and the concierge team) contact us immediately(within 24hrs) after we paid, to see what our needs/wants were (i.e. transportation, food, tours, entertainment, grocery shopping, daily in-house cooked meals, daily menu, etc). The property staff constantly kept in touch with us, to see what they could do to make my vacation a great experience. When we arrive the security staff greeted us with friendly loving open arms. Romeo and Joseph took care of us and made sure we had transportation and the same taxi driver. I mention to them I would like to have the same driver. They call restaurants and made reservations for us..They just went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable...Then the icing on the cake was Jasmine, the housekeeper /cook. She treated us with so much love. She cooked breakfast every morning and setup breakfast on the patio..she wash, fold and iron our clothes, kept the Villas extremely clean. This lady was Amazing. She was always wanting to do something to put a smile on our face. I enjoyed talking to her...she became like family. Matter of fact, I was looking forward to chat time with her. Jasmine cooked our breakfast to perfection. When I was getting in the car to leave, I had to get back out and hug her again and again. I felt like, I was leaving my mom behind. As for the Villas it was exactly like the pictures on VRBO. The beach view, the inside and outside. The greenery is beautiful and the beach is less than 25 steps from patio. I was on the plane looking at my calendar to see when I could return to my new Villa and my new family..This is the first house I rented on VRBO with all this high quality service and staff. Yes, you get a staff with this Villa to ensure your stay is the best. You wish for it, they can make it happen. If I had not experience this for myself. ...I would have thought "For this price, it's to good to be true". However, it was all true. I felt like a celebrity. Thank you Karen, Romeo, Joseph, Jasmine, Peter and the young lady who was the concierge. Looking forward to my return.

Our apartment is not rented out merely as an 'investment' like so many other properties. We consider it to be our second home and therefore want our guests to feel they can make it their home too during their stay. We strive to keep it in good order - continually updating furnishings etc, and always try to give an enjoyable holiday experience. However, as you clearly picked up on, one of the most important features is the staff. Jasmine, our housekeeper, has now been with us a number of years and we truly consider her to be part of our family. I know what you mean when it is time to say goodbye - I often have tears in my eyes! One of the things my family look forward to most is getting back to see her, and being totally spoilt and looked after by her. And as for staff at Coral Cove and Blue Sky Luxury, they are brilliant too. As you saw, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I do hope you manage to find space to visit them all again soon - I am sure they will all be looking forward to welcoming you home! Kx

Tropical Paradise

This is a beautiful property that is literally right on the beach! Accommodations are wonderful and the location is ideal. We walked to several of the restaurants (Daphne's, Scarlet) in the area and Holetown is less than two miles away with a large grocery store and several very good restaurants (the Tides, Nishi, and Fusion). Staff was amazing and the service impeccable - we hope we have a chance to return!!

Better than we could have hoped for!

This was our first trip to lovely Barbados from Texas!!!! We could not have had a better experience and really plan to return next year! The fact that we would repeat this trip and that so many others do, speaks highly of this villa and the team of people that serve it! Jasmine took such good care of us, Romeo and his staff were helpful and friendly. Every detail and question we had in planning our trip were handled efficiently by the management team! We would heartily recommend this little piece of paradise to our friends and family!

Heaven!

We spent 7 glorious days in Barbados at this beautiful apartment. There are so many highlights to mention. First, the location can not be beat. The apartment is literally steps from beautiful Paynes Bay beach. As you enter the apartment you see the vista of beach, sea, and sky. Sunsets were beautiful and every evening we had dinner on the patio looking at the water, and hearing the pounding surf. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, and having Roz cook and clean for us was fantastic! The bedrooms were comfortable and baths were of the highest quality finishes. The apartment is nearby to a great restaurant, The Cliff, which we enjoyed as a special "last night" dinner, is close to Sandy Lane for spa appointments and golf, and we found a great walking route for exercise and seeing the monkeys! We would recommend this property to friends ( and have already) and we will be back next year. Thank you so much for making your home available to us!"

Mahogany Tree

Everything about the Mahogany Tree is so perfect its hard to know where to start?!......as soon as you arrive at the apartment you know you are in for a treat. We were greeted by Ros who made us feel so welcome, and for the next two weeks she spoilt us rotten, she helped make this our best holiday ever. The apartment itself is beautiful, its spacious and the decor is lovely and in excellent condition. The location couldnt be better, its a stones throw from the beach and I could actually watch my husband having his early morning swim from the bed (which by the way is very very comfortable!)...the spa pool is an excellent addition and we received many envious glances from the other holiday makers (dont panic if you find the odd crab in there, just fish them out and send them on their way!) We had such a great time we have already re-booked for next year, I was almost tempted not to write a review because I dont want everyone else to find our secret!! It was our 5th time to Barbados and we now cant imagine staying anywhere else...its perfect! Reccommended things to do - swim with the turtles before the big catamarans arrive, eat at Tides restaurant, or if thats all too exhausting just sit back, relax and enjoy the views.

A paradise reunion...

This was the trip of a lifetime for the two of us, and everything about the apartment was perfect. It was exactly as described, if not better! Everything we had hoped for and more. The location was a dream come true, with the fabulous beach only steps away. The local area was very easy to get around, with amazing restaurants such as Lonestar, The Tides and The Cliff very close by. We sampled all of them and loved every single one. The Cliff has to be seen to be believed, a night of perfection! The sea views from the property are second to none. There was nothing better than sitting and relaxing in the plunge pool whilst watching the sunset. With a sip of rum every now and then :-) Roz was an absolute delight and there was nothing that she wouldn't do to make our stay special. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. We didn't even turn the TV on! How can you with such a stunning location on your doorstep?! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bath was delightful. Definitely swim out to see the turtles nearby - wait until the tourist boats have gone, and swim out alone, a much more personal experience. I got the surprise of 3 turtles flying past me! The customer service provided was also excellent, with every question answered and nothing left up in the air. Truly everything is catered for, just like a holiday should be! I can recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from it all and live like a King and Queen. We certainly did. We will be back to this special place, without a doubt. Thank you.

Our Little bit of heaven

From the moment we were greeted by a firm Caribbean handshake at the airport by Perry (or laughing boy as we named him) ...... we knew we were in for a great time! The attention to detail during the initial booking service was second to none - from diet and welcome pack requirements to whether we needed a car - or as it happened in our case - a bike! When the solid mahogany front door opened, we were met by what can only be described as 'the dream view' - we felt as though we could literally touch the warm Caribbean sea from where we were standing. Rosalind, our housekeeper for the week, was also there to greet us - and on hand all trip to prepare meals, to give endless help, advice and knowledge, and to act as our saviour when lost on the bike, 10 miles from home! The apartment is 100% as described, and delivered everything we could want from our holiday without the kids - from the most comfortable bed in a room with fabulous views, to the fantastically equipped kitchen and lounge. We were also very impressed with the on site security guards, who were always happy to help. The beach is wide and stunning - endless golden sand and turquoise blue sea where you can swim out to the turtles, and plenty of private sun loungers to use. Walking past Sandy Lane, we couldn't help feeling we had got the real deal! The Cliff restaurant, which was only a short walk away, was our pick of the restaurants - but you are spoilt for choice with Holetown close by. If you feel you need a pick-you-up, then this is the place! We have returned tanned and totally relaxed. And, would we return? Without a doubt!!

Mahogany Tree Paradise

This property is perfect in every way. It has all the comforts of a first class hotel with all the benefits of a private home. The apartment is large and spacious with excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans. The views from the master bedroom and the main living room are spectacular - looking at the beach and turquoise sea. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a huge and extremly comfortable bed and there is a large walk-in wardrobe with more than enough space for anyone. The bathrooms are marble and are very luxurious with huge white fluffy towels. Ros, the housekeeper is wonderful- nothing is too much trouble and she caters for your every need with a smile. Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace and Ros is happy to make anything you fancy. Each day she cleans the apartment and ensures an endless supply of fresh towels for the bathrooms and the beach. On the beach there are loungers and umbrellas reserved for the apartment and if you fancy a change of scenery the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace is private and a great place to cool down. The apartment is very conveniently situated close to the famous Sandy Lane Hotel and many restaurants and shops. An excellent property and a wonderful holiday I would recommend to anyone.

Our main home is in the UK. We love to travel and have always enjoyed the sea and the sun. We also have a yacht which we love to sail in the Med. We first visited Barbados in 1989 and fell in love immediately! The first property we owned was in Holetown - but our young family outgrew it!

We were looking for a larger property when we were shown the plans of Coral Cove. We were the first people to buy and the first to move in. We had previously owned a ground floor property and felt it important from the point of view of our young family who loved to come and go to the beach with ease (they are now adults!). Paynes Bay is a stunning beach, second to none. There was plenty of life for the kids and beautiful swimming and walks.
