This trip was amazing even during a hurricane. Communication was top notch. There are views of the ocean and it was wonderful to see the sunrise from this location. The place was very clean and I would definitely come back. Pleasantly please all around.

We were very impressed with the property. Everything was nice and clean. The host was great to work with. She sent all the information to us . Very clear instructions of where everything was and how to get to the property. We had a stress free week at the beach.

This is my third time staying at the luau resorts. This time was the best. Loved the room, The view was amazing from the balcony, the amenities are amazing as usual and everything was immaculate. I can't wait to come back next year! If I could give a hundred Stars I would.

Directions provided were spot on. The condo was clean with a clean smell. The bathroom had all the essential and everything worked accordingly. I can’t comment on the kitchen other than the refrigerator kept our drinks cold. I do love the location because it is only a short walk to the beach. The condo has a nice view of the water and I will say it was very quiet and relaxing outdoor scenery. We enjoyed our trip and we will be returning next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Luau in Sandestin. Our condo was clean, spacious, and was perfect for my fiancé and I on our week long getaway to Destin.

Great view of the parking lot. Listing stated they had bikes for guests to use but didn’t. Terrible smell that lingered all week while my son and I were there. The bedroom tv didn’t work.

Prior to your stay, we communicated to you several times through VRBO messaging that we have stopped offering the bikes a few years ago and removed it from our listing. We also followed up with VRBO to make sure the bikes are permanently removed from our listing. We offered 100% refund of your money. The VRBO representative also confirmed that you would receive 100% refund but you decided to stay with us knowing in advance that we do not offer bikes. After you checked out, we sent pictures from housekeeping that there was a violation of our condo rules which you denied. Housekeeping had to spend significant of their time to remove the cigarette smell. You indicated that there was terrible smell all week. We have never had such a complaint in our reviews. Our future guests can review previous guests’ comments regarding the condo conditions and make their own determination. We thank you for staying with us. However, we will not be hosting you in the future due to house rules violation.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything about this condo especially its location to the pool and the upper parking lot. Also our host was absolutely the best.

Communication was prompt and helpful - place was just as advertised, very close to pool, just a short ride down the elevator and few minute walk to beach. Beach chairs and toys were so great to have! Pack your own beach towels, the only thing I didn’t think to pack. Would recommend for sure!
