Cozy Venetian apartment in the heart of the city, Sestiere Castello, close .
This apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Venetian building and here you will feel like home.
In this apartment you will relax after a long day discovering Venice!
It has a equipped kitchen, a double bedroom ( availability to add a single bed in order to accommodate 3 guests in total) and a bathroom with shower.
The main museums and attractions of the city are in a walkable distance: the Biennale Exhibition is 3 minutes away, Saint Mark's Square is about 10 minutes and the Rialto Bridge is about 20 minutes away.
The waterbus stop can be reached in a couple of minutes and also every part of the city, including the train station, Piazzale Roma and the airport.

Top appartement maar NOOIT MEER VRBO!!!

Appartement is veel beter/mooie dan indruk vanuit de foto’s. Oude stijl, oud gebouw op zeer smalle straatje in het centrum. Erg comfortabel. Zeer vriendelijke host (agency). Aanrader! Minpunt: sterke geur van aceton of zoiets in trap huis dat ook in het appartement te ruiken is. Dit appartement hebben we (tegen veel hogere prijs per nacht dan wat nu op de site staat wat ik vreemd vind) last minute toegewezen gekregen van VRBO als vervanging van veel eerder geboekte appartement waarvan de host plotseling 2 weken voor ons vertrek geannuleerd heeft. Het regelen was een hell! Absurde en zelfs niet conform AVG eisen van VRBO over ID’s en creditcard gegevens, onduidelijkheid tot last minute. Venetië was de laatste bestemming van onze steden trip. Stuk onze stedentrip daarvoor heeft VRBO volledig verpest door mij zenuwachtig te houden over verblijf in Venetië. Heeft iemand dezelfde ervaring met VRBO?

Great apartment in an excellent area for seeing all that Venice has to offer!

The apartment is easy to find. We took the blue line water taxi to Arsenale and easily walked to the check-in location. We arrived a little early but were able to secure our luggage in the office until we were able to check in. Elisa helped us with our check in- she was very nice and showed us the accommodations and made sure that we knew how to use everything in the apartment before leaving. The apartment is clean and had adequate space for my husband and me. The shower is fairly small and my husband, who is 6'2, had some difficulty fitting into the shower. The bedroom is a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of outlets in the apartment to charge electronic devices. A small grocery store "coop" is located nearby- we bought a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and olives and enjoyed a picnic at the waterfront while watching the sunset over Venice. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to St. Marks Square, Fondamente Nove (for a boat ride to Murano) and Rialto. The apartment is located in a residential district and at the end of the day it was nice to come back to the quieter side of Venice to relax.

Não era o combinado, pois houve um engano e o que alugamos estava lotado. Mas os proprietários resolveram nos arrumando outro local. Foram prestativos.

Great apt. Great location

This company has several apt.s We stayed in a one bedroom with a separate kitchen. Not a studio. We loved the apt. and loved the location. We have stayed in Venice many times and we loved this location the best of all the areas we have stayed in. The owners were very nice and helpful. We highly recommend staying here in this area. WE will return.
