Modern family-studio, between San Marco Square and Arsenale Biennale Exposition.

Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

This was a great location for Venice. So close to the historic area and plenty of food options around. Francesca was so easy to work with. She provided clear instructions on how to get to her place from the train station. She even allowed us to check out later in the day since she did not have any booking next. We will return someday!

This vacation rental was great for several reasons. The location was perfect. On first floor also. Nicely decorated. Everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. So many things close by including restaurants, small cafes plus nice restaurants. Francesca was very helpful before arriving and also when we checked in, giving us info on water transport, train station, etc. We highly recommend this rental.

Francesca was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment when checking in to make sure we could find it and that we were comfortable with the apartment. She also let us know we could contact her if anything comes up or for recommendations, which we appreciated as travelers! The apartment was perfect for me and my mom and walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do. Very close to the water taxis which was helpful during arrival and departure. Would stay again!

Three days in Venice

The apartment was in San Marco and convenient to the sites nearby. Location was easy access to water buses and taxis.I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Cute hideaway close to major attractions

Very well-appointed studio with quirky decore. Close to the Doge Palace, lots of restaurants, and small shops. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed.

My husband and I were first timers to Venice and only stayed two nights. The location of this property is great, because it’s far enough from the tourist areas that it is very quiet, yet it’s a very quick walk to the water boat stations, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great AC for hot, August months. And a first floor apartment, so easy entry. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our short time in Venice. This location is great! Close to San Marco square, and a very short walk to the water buses etc. Would stay here again if we ever return to Venice :)

Great Place

Great location

We stayed three nights here. Its location was great for walking to the main sites and even better for being just off the main paths and able to explore without the crowds. So many wonderful restaurants in the area and a little store around the corner to get some breakfast food. Would definitely stay here again.

Venice adventure

It was in a quiet area but at the same time walkable to major attractions and to a vaporetto stop. There were also convenience stores and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the host making arrangements to meet us and giving us all the guidance we needed. She was a great host.
