Apartment in the Historic Centre just 200 metres from St Mark's Square, the most exclusive location in all of Venice. Inside the building, you can enjoy a wonderful communal terrace with canal views. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and dining table, and upstairs there is a mezzanine double bedroom and two shower rooms. Upon request, 2 additional sleeping places (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival). (ID: IT027042B4YPL2YEMO).

Pleasant Stay

The property was a nice place. The location was near everything you could ever need. Restaurants, mini markets, laundromat if needed. The local attractions were easily accessible by foot.

Spacious, comfortable and great location

Such a pleasant place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Super location close to Piazza San Marco but not too close. Pull out couch was the most comfortable pull out couch I ever slept on. Would definitely rent again.

Great location!

Elegant historic property on a canal. Very clean & quiet! We had a problem with the heat that the owner tried to address promptly...turns out the system was unplugged. Be sure to bring your own coffee/cappuccino if you like that morning cup of coffee without going out. Overall lovely stay!

Two Nights In June

Lovely apartment, comfortable bed and sofa bed and great location. All the necessary info was shared by the host via. For check-in, the lockbox containing the key to the apartment was tricky to open - helpful to have another set of hands to do it. It seemed a little daunting to be responsible for the removal of our own trash to the trash boat with such limited hours but it worked out. Sadly, during our stay, many other people left their trash bags in the building lobby and even outside on the sidewalk where pigeons got into them. Smelly and not very appealing.

Quiet, well-outfitted apartment near San Marco Square

We were pleased to find this apartment near sightseeing and eateries. Mid-day we returned to the apartment for a siesta, then went out again to enjoy evening walks. Looking outside the apartment down to the canal, we enjoyed seeing gondolas passing, some with singers and musicians to listen too. Our only difficulties were initially locating the apartment. We weren’t able to receive the map to walk to it—people at a nearby restaurant rescued us, located the apartment and guided us to it! It all worked out and we enjoyed Venice.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

This is a beautifully appointed apartment--clean, new, stylish, and airy, with high ceilings on the main floor that give way to the loft space for sleeping. It is ideally situated near San Marco, though surprisingly (and delightfully) quiet, as if you are outside the heart of the city. The kitchenette is fine for making breakfast though is not quite equipped for making more involved meals. Perfect for a couple, and we each had our own bathroom...rather a luxury for a small apartment! We were very happy and would rent this space again were we ever to return to Venice. As are many residences in Venice, it was hard to find! GPS does not work well at all in Venice given the narrow alleyways, bridges, and stairs....the robots can't handle those navigation details. Get yourself a good, ol' fashioned paper map before heading to Venice.
