Cozy typical Sevillian house in the heart of the city, being an old house it has stairs to access it.Its location is unique, in the Barrio del Salvador, it is known as the bell ringer's house, for having a bell tower above it, importantly the bells do not work, so there is no need to worry about their noise, they are just part of the environment , this house next to Plaza del Salvador, where you can enjoy the best Sevillian atmosphere.The house has 3 floors, which are accessed by stairs, the first floor is the living room with smart TV and the fully equipped kitchen, on the second you have a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, on the third there is the other bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. maximum capacity, up to 4 people. Cozy and modern 80 m² house.It also has a beautiful private terrace, where you can enjoy the views of the city and the Sevillian sun all year round.150 m away you have a supermarket, 1km from the Santa Justa train station.1 km from the Plaza de Armas bus, 10 km from Seville AirportIt is located in an ideal area for families in the center of the city.

Apartment in heart of the city

This property is located in the heart of Sivilla. Walk to everything and short taxi to train station. There was a washer in apt which was helpful for us. Coffee, shows & restaurants right outside the door which is what we wanted. Two things to be aware of: the apartment including the roof is 4 stories and stairs are steep & narrow so be aware if mobility is an issue. Also, it is located above store on busy pedestrian street so very noisy until 2:00 am. We did not cook but the location was perfect for us.

Appartamento in pieno centro storico, esattamente nel pieno del centro nevralgico di Siviglia. Due piazzette vivaci ma non caotiche a 10 passi. Zona tranquilla e sicura. Contatti con i gestori/proprietari molto veloci e disponibili. In cucina c'era tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Smart TV davvero apprezzata. Letti comodi ma non molto grandi. C'è tutto il necessario per quanto riguarda salviette e altra biancheria per i letti. Climatizzazione su ogni piano. Suggestiva terrazza all'ultimo piano. Davvero disponibili e molto gentili nell'aver prontamente sistemato i problemi all'aria condizionata.
