Studio located in the best area of ​​the city. In the Gothic Quarter, a few steps from Las Ramblas, Picasso Museum, Barcelona Cathedral. Barcelona beach is about a 5 minute walk away. Excellent location. Ideal to discover the city on foot. Area full of small restaurants, wine bars, tapas, fashion stores... ideal for shopping. Get lost and discover the city. Everything is within walking distance. Check-in can be done with codes so you can retrieve the key yourself, no matter what time you arrive. We can also provide parking about 15 minutes from the property.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Perfect for couples, friends or even business trips. We provide towels and sheets. Located in a building with an elevator with more studios in the same building.

Please note that any accommodation located in the city center could be affected by noise from the street.

We have an automated check-in system, so the time of arrival does not matter.

A nightmare

The apartment has no access to the sunlight and no terrasse, if you need to dry some clothes you can wait for 3 days at least during summer. The building next dore is being renovated with means incredible construction noises from 7 am to 6 pm and no possibility to sleep during that time. Don't believe the description !!! The apartment has no parking !! If you want a parking you will ha to park your car in the agency's parking, 1 km away, and obviously pay for that in addition to your rent ... . I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone.

Die Lage ist super. Nachbarn leider laut. Es gibt keine Ablage an der Dusche für die Seife und das heiße Wasser am Waschbecken läuft schlecht. Geschirrhandtuch fehlt.

Perfekt für Leute die die Stadt wirklich kennenlernen wollen

Mit Abstand die beste Ausgangslage für sämtliche Unternehmungen in in um Barcelona. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und sind noch immer begeistert. Alleine die Lage in der Altstadt hat uns schon super gefallen, da ist man mitten drin und nicht nur dabei.

Great location and an awesome owner! I have used vrbo for a number of years and this property took the cake. The owner is very personable and this property has everything to call it home away in the most meaningful way. It is equipped with everything you need and offers all the comforts of a home. The apartment is very clean, well maintained and the owner was very helpful and friendly. All the attractions were within 5-10 mins access. Although the street is very close to city center it was very quiet and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend the property and use it again in future.

Great location but no amenities

This location was very good: 10 min to Cathedral, Ramblas, Picasso museum, La Boqueria and much more. Bottle of wine was given to us at check in, a nice touch but no drinking water in the unit. There is a supermarket around corner to buy food. Apartment did not have any closets and there was no place to to hang clothes. You have to live out of your suitcase. There was no soap to wash your hands, no dish towels, no paper towels in the unit, but there was toilet paper. The unit has many windows and you hear everyone walking and talking on the sidewalk. Bring earplugs! The unit is very safe and close to all transportation, the staff was helpful and we had a pleasant stay.

Good apartment

The apartment they gave us was not the one pictured here. Luckily, it was still a very nice apartment with 2 balconies. The furnishings were pretty new and the most important part was that it was very clean. There is someone who shows you to your apartment which is very helpful when you don't know your way around and there is also someone manning the building in case you need anything. Short walk to Las Ramblas and restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
