Rakastat ehdottomasti tämän ainutlaatuisen ja täysin nimitetyn yksikön asettelua Panaman rannalla. Tämä 1 makuuhuone, jossa on kerrossänky / 1. 5 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset mahtavaan viikkoon PCB: ssä! Avoin konseptitila on loistava viihdettä varten, olipa kyseessä perheen elokuva-ilta suuren 60-tuumaisen, taulu-tv: n ympärillä tai parvekkeella, jolta on näkymä rannalle. Valkoisessa keittiössä on graniittitasot ja 2 hengen aamiaisbaari. Lähistöllä on lisäksi ruokapöytä ja ylimääräisiä istuimia, joissa voit nauttia kahvia joka aamu. Tässä keittiössä on kaikki tarvitsemasi astiat ja laitteet. Tonnia valoa tulevat läpi suuret ikkunat olohuoneessa, ja näkymät keinona altaat ja valtameri ei voi voittaa. Kaakelilattiat kaikkialla ja täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja todella tekevät tästä laitteesta kodin poissa kotoa!

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja oma 50 tuuman taulu-tv. On myös oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä ja suuri turhamaisuus! Kerrossänkyalueella on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja siinä on ovi yksityisyydelle. Liitteenä kerrossänky huone on puoli kylpyhuone.

Kaikki keittiönne, vuodevaatteet ja vuodevaatteet sisältyvät hintaan, vain tuo rantapyyhe ja olet valmis menemään!

Panama-rannat ovat 23-kerroksinen Gulf-huvila, joka sijaitsee Panama City Beachin sydämessä. Lomakeskuksessa on yli 14 000 neliömetriä uima-altaatilaa, sisä- ja ulkotiloja, joissa on kylpytynnyrit, täysi kylpylä, moderni kuntokeskus, jossa on uusia laitteita ja 2 uima-altaan puolella sijaitsevaa Tiki-baaria. Paikan päällä on ranta-aktiviteetteja ja vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia sekä tuoli- ja sateenvarjo-vuokraus. Shores of Panama tarjoaa myös varattuja, katettuja pysäköintipaikkoja ja tiloja suurille tapahtumille.

Vain muutaman askeleen päässä kaikesta mitä tarvitset - Wal-Mart on kadun toisella puolella, ja olet vain muutaman minuutin päässä Pier Parkista, Panaman kaupungin johtavasta ostos- ja ruokailutilasta. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar on vain muutaman askeleen päässä, samoin kuin Ripleyn museo, Signal Hillin golfkenttä, minigolf ja tonnia ravintoloita. Sinulla on loistava aika lomallasi riippumatta siitä, minne menet PCB: hen!

Great stay!

This condo was very spacious and clean. The check in process was super easy. The owners were super helpful and quick to respond. The dryer in our unit wasn’t working and they had somebody out to look at it the same day and also gave us access to another units dryer so that we could still dry our clothes. We were able to cook several meals with the utensils and pots/pans. Overall it was a great place to stay!

There were no chairs or table on the balcony, which made sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view very uncomfortable. The WIFI didn’t work the entire time of our stay. The counters were sticky and had sand on them when we arrived. The dishes were disgusting! We had to wash everything before we could even eat off of them. The elevators are a complete nightmare. As we were trying to enjoy the hot tub, an employee came and told us they had been watching us on camera and we had exceeded the 15 minutes allowed in the hot tub and made us get out. We will never rent from The Shores of Panama again.

Great condo!

We slept 7 people in this condo comfortably. We had a great view of the pool and beach. The bunk room has a full bath attached, which was a pleasant surprise. The elevators are terrible. There are definitely not enough for 23 floors. It took us 30 minutes to squeeze on one (myself and my 4 year old). The listing also says that 2 bedrooms have two reserved parking spots. However, this was not the case with this room. The concierge said the owners of the unit only paid for one reserved spot. So if you bring two cars, you have to find a vacant spot in the parking garage.

Great place for a family vacation

Property was great. Well represented in the system. Room was great. Resort was great. We were there early May so we missed the busy season.

Really impressed with the resort!

Room was really nice, very comfortable. The resort was close to everything or small walking distance. Pool and hot tub was nice to have as well. Only negative thing was not knowing there was more towels in cedar chest until we were packing to leave. Love it and we’ll be back!

Beautiful condo. Great views. The property has amazing pools and amenities that we really loved. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware which made our stay so much easier since we cook a lot. Couldn't have turned out better. Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice clean unit, but the resort needs work

The unit was very nice, however the resort/property is terrible! 20 minutes or longer wait on the elevator! Parking deck is terrible. Two cars cannot pass each other. Parking spaces are reserved and only fit a midsize car. Property needs a new engineer design parking deck and elevators to become more efficient. Would not recommend the property.

Family Vacation

The condo was great. Clean, enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids thats from 11 to 7 months. I have no complaints about the condo it self. This was the problem. Parking was a nightmare. Only one reserved parking place. The other parking place was a non reserved parking place. This was not told at time of booking. The place has a parking deck that’s 12 stories high so you just have to find a parking spot that was open. For 7 days I had to park all over this parking deck. This parking deck was so small that if you meet a car or truck you have to stop to wait till you could make the turns. Sometimes it would take 30 minutes just to get out of the parking deck. Then the elevators were a nightmare. Not enough elevators for the size of this complex. Some times you would have to wait 45 minutes just to get on the elevator. We stayed on the 17th floor. The wait was unbelievable just to go down. Waiting for an elevator it was so hot you would just sweat standing and waiting on the elevator something for 45 minutes. Then when you were able to get on the elevator was packed with so many people and so hot it was unbelievable. I would give the condo a 9 star but the parking and the elevators 1 star.

Spring Break & Daycare

The unit was nice. But unless you are wanting the Spring Break or a Daycare run wild experience, do not stay here. Have stayed in the past and was very enjoyable, but this us my last stay here. Kids running around unsupervised, yelling at full volume, all day and night. Sounded like neighbors above and on both sides were walking around with a hammer and constantly beating on the floor and walls. Woken up every night after midnight to yelling in the hallways that would go on for hours. Dont try to use the elevator either. Only one was working on our side of the complex, and if more than 4 people were in the car, it would not move - if you could even get it to stop on the floor needed. Waited for 30 minutes th o call the elevator (not at a busy time) and watched how the elevator stopped on ever floor around ours, but never ours. Finally gave up and drove to the 1st floor. Also, reserved parking. Just because you have a reserved spot, does not mean that you will get to park there. People constantly parking in our spot, and when we called security, was told to park in an open space.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy check-in process and communication with the owner was great. The pool was amazing and it even had a Tiki bar and grill. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo itself is nice. It was not very clean at all. There were underwear on the floor under the bed there was all kinds of food and clothing stuffed in the couch. Floors were very dirty. It almost looked like the cleaning people done just enough to make it look clean. We were constantly harassed by the guards and we couldn’t hardly set out on the balcony due to the smell of pot. They never did enforce the noise policy in place I would love to include a video of the balconies at night. I don’t like to complain because we are thankful we got to stay. I just think y’all should know so that you could pass along the information. Thank you.

To dry the towels you had to run the cycle at least three times. So dryer was not good. The elevator service was awful. Had to wait an average 15-30 minutes for elevator several times a day. Pool was amazing! But overall the condo was very nice!

Our family got Catfished by this vacation rental!

We arrived at 10:00 p.m. and it took 20 minutes to get our car parked in the parking garage. (parking garage is a wreck waiting to happen all hours of the day) It took 30 minutes to get our family of six to our room because the elevators lines were long and elevators were packed every time it stopped on our level. We were forced to split our family in 3 groups of 2. (Elevators normal wait times are 30 min and splitting your family up might be required) Sand was on the floors and countertops. The kitchen floor had dried food, crumbs and sand between the couches. The floors were so dirty that our kids feet were black from walking around barefoot in the rental. All three bathrooms were filthy. The bunk bathroom shower had thick black scum in the corners inside and out. Shower drain was not secured and came off while in the shower, sink stopper had to be pried up to let the water down. Master bathroom had scum on and around the bathtub fixtures, black mold on the shower curtain and paint peeling from the walls. The other bathroom had scum on the tub edges inside and out. The toilets were covered in dried urine on the porcelain base and had a scum all around them. The main airconditioner vent was loaded with dust. The bunk room light fixture covering was missing and the bulb is two feet from the top bunk. One of the bedroom closets had exposed wiring coming out of the wall. Management of The Shores of Panama doesn't enforce the quiet noise ordinance and the resort sounded like a constant party all hours of the night. Renters hooting, screaming and hollering. We called Vacation Life Properties and we were only able to talk to the answering service because management doesn't work on the weekends. She told us to send her pictures and that she would submit them for a case. She let us know that we would hear back from them Monday morning. Katie from Vacation Life Properties did not return our call till 11:00 a.m. The unit was so bad that we didn't wait for her call and left. Katie told us that she would send a deep cleaning crew in and give us a gift card for our inconvenience. We declined and told her it would take days to fix everything that was wrong. We would have never booked this rental knowing that cleaners would have to come in and deep clean while we were there. This was a horrible experience and we were taken advantage of.

The condo and property were great!! They made the experience fantastic from booking up until the actual stay!! The kids loved the pool and the ocean!! The condo was just like the advertisement!! The only setbacks were the tight parking spaces, the elevators, and the tropical storm!! Other than that we had a great time!!

Loose Shower Tap Burned Me and Walls, beds, and an attached bathroom = NOT A BEDROOM

Would not book again. Unit needs some basic maintenance and TLC. Location and amenities are fine. But, I'm going to be one of those people I hate and focus on the negatives because the 2nd bedroom's shower burned the ever-loving hell out of me on our last night there and my chest and side itched the entire 13-hour drive home. First: The unit sleeps 9, but is listed as a 2-bedroom with an additional "bunk room." The bunk room sleeps 3, with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed up top and has a bathroom of its own attached to it. Any other place in the known universe would call that a bedroom, not a bunk room. Why a "bunk room" and not a bedroom you ask? So they can skimp on the number of property access bracelets they give the people who stay there and upcharge you for an additional band. So a unit that sleeps 9 people only covers 8. Oh, wait, I just got it. It's a "bunk" room. And THAT is total "bunk." (Meaning bad or crappy.) I get it now. Well played! Next: The doors to the 2nd bedroom and its adjoining bathroom don't actually lock. The lock in the 2nd bedroom door won't even turn in the handle. Its bathroom lock turns but fat lot of good that does you when the door won't ever actually latch in the frame. 3 bathrooms and 9 people mean that the number of people who saw me sitting on a toilet this past week exceeded my maximum allowable number, WHICH IS ZERO. It was more than zero. Infinitely and unacceptably more than zero. Finally, we arrive at the burning, itching patches on my side and chest. The 2nd bedroom tub and shower has this really interesting feature where the tap is super loose and will rotate freely and fall from warm to scalding without warning. Now, it will only pull this trick in the first few minutes of the shower, because once everything expands from the heat of the hot water, it's fine. But if don't know that vital piece of information and you're jumping in for a quick shower before bed and don't wait for it to do this, you'll be lathering your hair and suddenly think you're being attacked by a dragon when the handle suddenly falls from not quite straight up (call it 11 o'clock) for warm and falls to the left STRAIGHT DOWN and hits 6, or "scorch o'clock" as I named it. In the immortal words of Austin Powers, "Ouch, baby...very ouch." I'm just glad it happened to me and not my 10 year old. There are many better rooms than this in the world. Find one of them. I will next time...

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges resort fee that is not included in the grand total on AirBnB. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.
