The property was amazing! Farah was very responsive to any questions I had and check-in was seamless. The pool at this property is the best in the area! A couple suggestions I have are to provide at least 1 day of coffee pods or some coffee and 1-2 extra rolls of toilet paper. I know it states a starter of things are provided but I felt toilet paper could have been something that had a bit extra. As far as the complex, I think they should allow you to purchase a 3rd parking pass when it’s off season since the garage was 1/3 full. Nothing the owner can control but that should be offered. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay again. It is well decorated, clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The condo was in a great location. The balcony view was top notch! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The condo is well decorated and laid out. The cleaning staff leaves much to be desired. We also weren’t excited to find out the resort was going through renovation. The early morning drilling and renovation messes were disappointing. I’m sure it will be beautiful once it’s completed. The host was helpful and responsive to our texts!

Excellent Location

The place was clean, spacious and incredible views of the ocean. If you don't like folks all around you this isn't the spot for you, but with a 16 yo daughter and her friend this was perfect. The place is well staffed and ran we had everything we needed. Perfect Spring Break getaway!!!

Fantastic family vacay!

The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We brought two adults and 5 kids and were able to prepare meals in the room when desired. We enjoyed every bit of our trip. *Pro tips* 1)Pre-order Walmart pickup for the day you arrive and save time getting groceries. We were in and out in 5 minutes; 2) unload luggage on floor 9 before going to park to avoid waiting for the elevator.

Great location!

Condo is in great location with great beach access. Overall, unit is a bit dated - dishes/glasses are an eclectic collection of older, chipped items - rest of kitchen is stocked pretty well. Lots of seating in living area was good. View of pools and ocean was beautiful. Parking as well as bar and snack shop in pool area was convenient. Complex was under renovation with construction noises starting at 8am. Also, we were not aware of "bike week" which was comprises of hundreds and hundreds of very loud motorcycles for majority of day and night. These things were not in control of renter but would have been nice to have a heads up.

Beautiful condo on the Beach

We had a great week in Panama City Beach. This condo has amazing views and steps from the beach. The weather cooperated and we were able to relax by the pool. We were disappointed that the large pool is not heated. The condo had everything we needed and accommodations were great for our family of 4.

As advertised.

The fitness centre and the indoor pool are very basic. (But we hardly worked out anyway, and it was chilly even for indoor swimming--so even though the pool itself and the enclosure were very pleasantly warm, we didn't want to shiver upon exiting.) All in all, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean and visually pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the location is super convenient--close to all kinds of restos, groceries and services. We would stay again without hesitation.

Vacay

The condo itself was very nice. It was decorated nice and beachy. It was comfortable and was great for our vacation week at the beach. The actual property/main building needs some updating and painting. The corridors felt dirty and dated. The pool area was nice but many chairs need to be replaced. Staff removed towels from chairs while people were in the pool causing people to lose their chairs.
