About Julie & Bill Rozar
After raising our family in Brooklyn, we moved to our weekend home in Smallwood NY and have loved living in Sullivan County since Feb 2016. In fact, we loved it so much we bought a second home nearby in March 2016 and lovingly upgraded it to enjoy with friends and share as a vacation rental. We are fortunate to be able to work from home so we are available when you need us. Looking forward to meeting you! -- Julie and Bill

Cabin was beautiful and cozy
The property was great! Pond and deck perfect for sitting. Enjoyed the fire pit and the numerous trails ! Would definitely go back
I have only good things to say about the property and the hosts. We had a great time there and the hot tub was fantastic. I highly recommend this house.
This was the exact weekend that I was looking for to celebrate my best friend's birthday. Actually, it was above and beyond what I had hoped for. Let me first say that Bill and Julie, you rock!! Absolutely fantastic, responsive and attentive hosts. The house is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was simply magical. We got hammered by a snow storm during our stay which only added to the beauty and magnificence of this property. Bill And Julie checked in on us everyday via text to make sure we were OK and came and shoveled us out. Bill even cleaned off my car!! Our birthday party guests were equally as impressed as we were. I could go on and on about the entire experience but you really just need to go try it for yourself!!! We all look forward to coming back again in the Spring. I can't thank you enough for making this such a wonderful experience.

Peaceful, beautiful, happy
Let me first start off by saying that Bill and Julie are the most awesome people you will ever meet. So cool, down to earth, accommodating, flexible, and genuinely good people. The cabin is a manifestation of who they are. My husband and I felt some great vibes from this place. Vibes of peace, happiness, and goodness.
The cabin itself has many different facets. It has a rustic look with a modern touch. It’s clean, cozy, and feels like home. My husband and I, as well as our guests, had a great time. The hot tub was divine, the view of the pond and the woods was breathtaking! Unfortunately we had a little bit of rain during our stay, but we really look forward to coming back in the summer when we can spend more time on deck, use the fire pit, and maybe even take a dip in the pond.
Thanks Bill & Julie for opening your home to us. We are forever grateful!!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cabin. We loved hanging out by the fireplace and whipping up meals in the fully appointed kitchen. Watching the snow fall as we relaxed in the hot tub was also pretty awesome. We are already discussing returning in summer! Thanks, Julie & Bill!
Great cabin for a getaway
