Old Town Flats Casa Burguerini Standard

The building is located in the historical centre of Valencia in ‘el Barri del Mercat’. On the Medieval origin building- probably from the fourteenth Century- a recent intervention has permitted recover this historic building, maintaining the construction and topologic elements of interest. Casa Burguerini is made up of seven comfortable and welcoming apartments, filled with character and history, as it’s located next to ‘la Lonja de la Seda’, which was considered Heritage of humanity by UNESCO in 1996 and one of the finest pieces of Gothic architecture. Old Town Flats, a different hotel concept located in the centre of Valencia, quality and attention, wants our clients to find themselves involved in the charm and tradition of the city.

Lindo edificio, bien ubicado. Sin embargo en las 3 noches que estuvimos no hicieron limpieza un solo día. No te ponen café y tampoco hay jabón para la lavadora, tienes que ir a la tienda a comprar.

It has everything you will need.

We never met, saw, or even learned the host’s name, so it was a bit impersonal, but the place was great. The “king sized” bed had two twin sized pads under the sheets, so it was a bit uncomfortable, but the overall experience was very nice. Quiet at night, great heating/AC system, all the details were thought out well.

Comfortable Flat

Apartment is well located for the old city. The layout allows for quiet times in. It’s an easy walk to just about everything you might want. Be sure to go to the Central Market for great food to make or pick up things that are ready to eat. So many fresh options available. For those that don’t mind a longer walk, Russafa is also a great area to go.

Great Location

The property is simple, but it has everything you need. It's clean and modern. The location is fantastic. It's right in the center of the old city near the main market, but it's very quiet in the apartment at night.

Excellent location in the old city

The apartment is efficient and comfortable for an extended stay. The location is great, minutes walking distance to the central market and downtown Valencia. It was a great time and I can't wait to come back!
