This property is temporary rental from 11 nights up to 11 months.Welcome to our impeccably designed studio apartment, where contemporary elegance and functionality come together to create a truly remarkable space.It is located near the city centre whilst also being in a peaceful and serene neighbourhood come night time, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work.As you step into this unique abode, you`ll find yourself immersed in a linear like layout that seamlessly connects every area, creating a harmonious flow throughout.Large windows grace the length of this corridor-like apartment, that fills the space with a warm and inviting ambiance.The strategic design of this linear space maximizes the amount of natural light, making it a great feature of the apartment and infusing the room with a radiant glow.The interior of the studio exudes a classy and refined atmosphere and is equipped With a comfortable bed for two and a fully equipped modern bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities you would need for a convenient and enjoyable stay including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer are a Tv , Ac for heating and cooling, washing machine/dryer combo ,iron and hair dryer. The deposit of 900 euro is required one week before arrival through an external link to Guest Portal in Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your check-out.

House Rules
1. In order to access to the accommodation you need to complete the check-in form and add payment methods for deposit in Guest Portal. Once the accommodation has been checked for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days.
2. The deposit may be used to cover any possible damage to the property, for unauthorised additional guests and unusual consumption of utilities.(charging electric car, leaving the air conditioner on, etc.)
3. Charging electric cars using the property`s electricity is not allowed.
4. Check-in is from 4:00 pm and Checkout is until 11:00 am. We would appreciate it if you let us know your arrival and departure time.
5. The customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you intend to arrive outside of these hours, please make sure that you have received and understood the instructions.
6. Less than 7 days before the arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservations. There will be no refund in this case.
7. One queen size bed will be prepared for every two people in the group; however you can request additional beds according to the number of guests.
8. The duvet covers are to be found in the closet or in a box under the bed.
9. The apartments have electronic locks which should not be manipulated. In case there is any problem with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise there is a 800 euros charge for any damage.
10. Between 10pm and 9am are the quiet hours in the building, please keep the noise down during this time.
11. Parties are forbidden.
12. Pets are forbidden.
13. Having guests is not permitted, each guest will be treated as an additional person in the accommodation and you will be charged accordingly.
14. Additional person fee is 40 Euros per night per person, plus 15% commission that could be charged through the deposit.
15. Total cleaning service fee is 80 Euros plus 15% commission.
16. Some consumable products such as coffee capsules (Tassimo) , toilet papers etc. are provided in limited quantities and will not be recharged however you can find what you need in Mercadona, Consum etc.
17. If you require an invoice please let us know before your stay has been completed with the details to be able to modify the invoice.
18. Please put the trash in the trash containers on the street.
19. On the check-out day, please close the windows, turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and close the apartment door behind you.

To guarantee compliance with current regulations on public safety, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, which may ask tourists for the image of their identity card and/or selfie. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. To this end, the necessary measures will be taken to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

How Our Deposit Authorization System Works
Our deposit system works through a **card authorization (pre-authorization)** rather than a permanent charge.
When the client authorizes the deposit, the way it appears on their bank account depends on the type of card used:
* **Credit card:** the deposit appears as a **pre-authorized hold** on the available credit.
* **Debit card:** the deposit may appear as a **charge or blocked amount** on the client’s bank account, depending on the bank and card provider.
The authorization is automatically repeated **every seven days**. At the end of each seven-day period, the system releases the previous authorization and creates a new authorization for the same deposit amount.
**It is important to note that there may be a short period during which the release of the previous authorization is not yet visible in the client’s bank account. During this time, the client may temporarily see both the previous and the new authorization and may therefore think that two deposits have been held. However, this does not mean that two deposits have been charged or held by us. The previous authorization has already been released by our system; it simply may take some time for the client’s bank to process and display the release.**
This process continues throughout the stay and is repeated until **two days after check-out**.
Two days after check-out, the deposit is fully released by our system. However, the time it takes for the released amount to become visible and available again in the client’s account depends entirely on the client’s bank and card issuer. In some cases, the amount may take approximately **10 to 15 additional days** to appear in the account.
Therefore, although we release the deposit according to the established schedule, the final timing for the funds to become available is determined by the client’s bank and is outside our control.
