Holiday house Marin is located in Vinišće in central Dalmatia, only 30 m from the sea and 40 m from the beach, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The city of Trogir is 20 km away, while Split and Šibenik are 50 km away. The 100 sqm house consists of the ground floor and the first floor, connected with an indoor spiral staircase and an outer staircase. Both the ground floor and the first floor offer an air-conditioning unit. On the ground floor, you can find the fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher water kettle, coffee machine), a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed for two persons and satellite TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a separate room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi room has an exit to the terrace and a 200 sqm fenced garden with a BBQ grill, garden furniture, and sun loungers. On the first floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with double beds. There is also an exit to the 20 sqm balcony with a sea view. A restaurant, the post office, a shop, a café bar are available from 100 to 200 m away from the house. The house is only at the guests' disposal, as the owners live at a different address. The guests also have at their disposal a kayak and 2 bicycles, which is included in the price.
