Apartments located in a building with lift at few steps from gorgeous Sagrada Familia!
Price shown is per apartment (up to 6), please, let us know to get an offer for big groups!

Each apartment is up to 6 people and comes with 3 bedrooms (6 comfortable single beds) and 2 complete bathrooms with walk-in-showers.

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and bright living area with balcony overlooking the street.

The building comes with a shared roof terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean weather and views over the area (Agbar tower, Monumental, and sea views!).

The building is located close to the main attractions of the city and well connected with metro station (L2 -Monumental Stop - the purple line) and Bus stops. It is also at 15 minutes walking from Passeig de Gracia, Plaça Catalunya and Ramblas.
Supermarket Lidl is at few steps. Many tapas bars, cafés, shops, fresh markets, ATM's in the surroundings.

Great location

Great location but we had a problem with the digital keys that kept disappearing. Other than that issue, it was a great stay.

Great location

I stayed here with multiple friends on holiday. It was a great experience and location. The subway and a fantastic cafe/tapas bar were just steps from the front door. A shuttle from the airport was included and that was very ideal. My only complaint is, we were told they would hold our bags for us at their rental office before check in as our flight arrived several hours before check in time. Upon arrival they wouldn’t honor holding our luggage. Seemed like a small miscommunication between employees on their end but was a rather annoying and unexpected inconvenience for us while being jet lagged. All in all, I would recommend the stay and I would stay here again.

Check-in process and issue response poor

We were asked to pre-check in all 17 people before our departure and I sent all passport information for easy check-in and digital key entry. Upon arrival, none of that was used. The day of our arrival we were asked to either bring all 17 people to a completely different location to checkin or do so through access to 2 different apps that needed to be downloaded. We were all in the summer heat with all our bags forever while trying to get digital keys outside the apartment. They were NO help when we tried to call and get access to at least one apartment with AC and bag storage while trying to AGAIN put in all the information I sent 2 weeks before the trip. They did not care or try to help send someone over. When we actually got into the apartments- we had electricity and AC issues- and again we were left to handle ourselves through an app that sometimes got a response and sometimes did not. The apartments were hard to get to with older adults and children. The ONLY good thing was the location near the Metro. Lastly, upon checkout - they did not offer any storage of our luggage except a link to a company a half mile away that we had to coordinate bringing bags over for all 17 people. It was a nightmare and we highly recommend going to a hotel rather than these apartments.

Dear, Thanks for your review. On check-in instructions you were asked to stop at the office before go to the apartments and YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL and went straight to the building. We were in touch with you all the time during the process and I proposed one of the members of your group to go to the check-in office offering to pay you the taxi ride. Again: you did not follow the instructions at all. Finally, one member of our staff did go to the building to help you. I'm very sorry you had such bad experience during the check-in. I'm sure that if you had followed the instructions we sent before your arrival, check-in would have been smoothly as always. On the other side, we offered to leave your luggage at the office and you refused this option. All the best, Karen.

Great place/location not very neighborly resident that sends random ppl to your rooms.

Our group of 10 stayed in 2 apartments. As you can imagine, getting 10 ppl w full luggage can be a challenge. Especially because we did not receive apt. #s or mobile access for everyone. (Some of this was user error, as not everyone DL the app to get access. If everyone had done this, we would have had the 2 apt #s - lessons learned. Highly recommended that everyone in your party DL the app and secure access at check in.) Anyway, in the process of getting access to the apartments, admittedly, we were quite loud. A very excited lady came out arguing in a very inappropriate demeanor. We are all grown adults and the way she spoke AT us was unacceptable. One time she showed up at our door with “security” asking to be let in because we were being loud. We were in the living room talking and that was too loud. Meanwhile “security” never had appropriate ID. They were sent away. A second time a “rental property agent” came up to quiet us down (my husband and cousin were talking baseball in the living room) and asked how many people were in the rental. Umm if they were from a rental, they should know, right? Again, no ID. He was not let in and was also sent away. The reason I bring this up is because we KNOW not to bring in more ppl than we have reservations, we are not loud partiers, and we KNOW not to let unidentified ppl in.The resident is sending fake security to apts. and that is a security issue. BE SAFE!

Apparts bien situés

Bien conçus pour des groupes d'au plus six personnes. Puisque nous étions 12 (6 adultes et 6 enfants de moins de 12 ans) on nous a loué deux apparts voisins ce qui créait beaucoup de circulation entre les deux apparts.
