An opportunity for a relaxed and luxurious break for up to 6 guests in a very comfortable apartment. With the exclusive use of a fantastic pool, spa, tennis court, games room and other leisure facilities, plus 4 acres of gardens and woods. Located in the Chiltern Hills with many walks and bike routes available.
London is only 45mins drive or 25mins on a train and Marlow is only 10mins away with great restaurants, shops and bars.
This is a relaxed setting and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. It is not suitable for Stag or Hen Do’s.

Not a luxury apartment and Motorway noise

Bedrooms small with basic beds and duvets. Bedside tables and lamps missing. No USB sockets. Only stark overhead lighting. Bare walls. Bathroom old fashioned. Kitchen missing basic equipment. Close to the M40, so noise 24 hrs a day with windows open. Misleading on VRBO website - not as promised "a luxury country retreat in a very comfortable apartment in a relaxed setting". Swimming pool and games room an asset but personally would not recommend.

Hi. As we exchanged in our emails, I am disappointed you didn’t enjoy your stay. I do not agree with your views on the apartment though and I have almost 100 reviews now from people I have had stay and they are always excellent. I have an average of 4.9 stars and no-one has ever mentioned the points you raise. We are all different though. As I mentioned, I did try to talk to you during your stay several times and you never replied and maybe I could have helped you with some of your issues if you had.
