Perfect location

Lovely house and property very close to several gorgeous sand beaches (all within a 5 minute drive). Also near a small supermarket which has everything anyone would need. We also took an easy day trip to Cagliari (under an hour away) and the archeological site and beach in Nora (under 30 minutes). I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to rent a house in Sardinia.

What a special stay

The host was fantastic, she was attentive, flexible, welcoming and provided a very clean and beautiful villa. The tennis court was huge and even had spare rackets and tennis balls, we really enjoyed our morning matches! With an easy 10 minute walk to the beach passing a lovely coffee shop, what more could you want! The garden was beautiful and everything worked perfectly. Thank you so much and we hope to visit again!

Perfect family beach holiday house

We’ve been to Chia a few times and always loved it (the perfect place to relax on the beach with kids) but this house was by far the best we’ve stayed in. It has a great design, lots of shade if you need it (you will!) and extremely well stocked with anything you need to cook (including a few herbs which is a great addition). The barbecue area also very well set up. The tennis court is a fantastic addition as a family activity (get up early though as after about 930 it’s too hot!) and we had a lot of fun every morning - rackets and balls supplied.Alessandra is an amazing host - answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Zeffiro’s Home - Top Class Holidays

How to start? First: warmest welcome experience! Alessandra and her mom were super nice with us and our daughter that they also provided us all the things you shall need at your arrival! Second: location top! The garden and the patio were Heaven for the kids! Me, my wife and my daughter slept there, but some friends joined us during the days (as agreed with Alessandra) with their kids. It was The Family Home for our Holidays! Third: everything was super perfectly set up at our arrival. Clean sheets, clean kitchen, amazing bbq area with all you need to enjoy your holidays. Fourth: The tennis court is well maintained, the tennis rackets perfect (also new ones were present and we didn’t use them). Just take care to not to get burned if you play at 2.00PM 😅 So, I wish I could go back to Chia, in THIS amazing villa more times in the future!

Perfect beach getaway

This is a very private, peaceful, well-kept property away from the crowds. If you have a car you can easily drive to supermarkets and restaurants within 10-20 minutes. It is a lovely villa - modern but with character, and a irrigated garden all around. The a/c in living area and hall to bedrooms cools the house quickly in hot weather. The BBQ gazebo is wonderful and the tennis court is great, with rackets and balls available. We played at 8pm when it was cooler. The outdoor shower is perfect after the beach. There's a Boules court too. There are many places to sit outside under the deep veranda to keep cool and 3 outdoor tables to dine on. The beach is about 15 min walk across road and down dirt road or drive to plenty of parking lots. Its a beautiful beach, the cleanest sea and sand. Little cafe's are on beach to buy drinks/food. You can hire all sorts of water sport gear from a few places along beach. The host, Alessandra was very nice and quick, easy with communication. We loved every minute of our stay.

Vom Start weg haben wir uns von Alessandra und ihrer Mutter willkommen geheißen. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und konnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Tennisplatz. Er ist in einem guten Zustand. Equipment und Bälle sind vorhanden. Er liegt windgeschützt. Es machte uns viel Spaß fast jeden Morgen und Abend darauf zu spielen. Kurzum: Wir danken Alessandra für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder!

Un petit paradis

Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der ruhig gelegenen Unterkunft mit Nähe zu einem schönen Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem die Terrassenplätze um das Haus herum haben wir sehr genossen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, zwar ohne Ofen aber dafür mit einer schön angelegten und vorbereiteten Grillanlage. Alessandra war jederzeit erreichbar für unsere Fragen und war sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank!

Goed en mooi verblijf met grote tuin en tennisbaan

We zijn 2 weken met ons gezin hier geweest. Het huis heeft een mooie grote groene tuin en rondom een groot overdekt terras waardoor je op elk moment van de dag fijn buiten kunt zitten. De tennisbaan met rackets en ballen is ook heel leuk. Veel bloemen rondom het huis. Binnen is het zitgedeelte eigenlijk maar voor 2 personen. Het is wel heel netjes en alles is aanwezig. De eigenaresse is heel gastvrij. Bij eventuele problemen is ze snel beschikbaar en erg hulpvaardig! Het huis ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van het dichtstbijzijnde strand (met veel flamingo's), met de auto ben je er in 5 minuten. In dorpjes in de buurt heb je wat kleinere supermarkten en in Pula (25 minuten rijden) heb je diverse grote supermarkten. Enige minpuntje is dat er nogal wat tuinafval verbrand werd op het landje naast ons huis waardoor het soms naar rook stonk in en om het huis. Al met al 2 hele mooie weken gehad en wij raden het zeker aan!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen grossen und ebenfalls sehr gepflegten Garten. Zudem sind verschiedene Sitzbereiche um das Haus herum - überall zum Wohlfühlen. Wir wurden herzlich von Alessandra und ihrer Mutter begrüßt. Ein Highlight vom Haus ist der Tennisplatz, den wir viel genutzt haben. Ein Auto wird vor Ort benötigt. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Pula, ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Villa perfetta per vacanza a Chia

Conosciamo bene la zona in quanto abbiamo già trascorso più estati a Chia. La Villa pini azzurri è la più bella che abbiamo affittato. C’è tutto e di più. Rispetta esattamente l’annuncio e in più aggiungerei alcuni dettagli - location: è vicinissima ad una delle più belle spiagge della Sardegna (Su Giudeu) - aria condizionata: zona notte nel piccolo corridoio permette di raffrescare le 3 camere da letto anche nelle giornate più calde senza avere l’aria che ti arriva diretta sul collo - bbq: area dedicata spaziale che per un maniaco come me … - host: signora gentilissima e disponibile per qualunque evenienza Concluderei consigliandola a tutti e sicuramente cercheremo di affittarla di nuovo per la nostra prossima vacanza a Chia!

Superbe séjour en couple avec enfant de 2 ans. L'hôte Alessandra est très gentille, avec des petites attentions pour le petit notamment! Nous avons très bien été accueilli! Fantastischer Urlaub in der Villa Pini azzurri - jederzeit gerne wieder 🥰

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa von Alessandra und Ihrer Mutter. Alle Absprachen haben zu 100% geklappt. Das Haus war in einem vorzüglichen sauberen Zustand; bei Ankunft standen Wasser; Wein und Obst kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Auf einem wunderschön angelegten Grundstück von mehr als 3000 qm waren wir allein und konnten uns in der absoluten Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe bestens erholen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterinnen; wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal wieder 🤩

Lieu idyllique

Maison familiale de campagne entourée d'oliviers et de plantes luxuriante, rien n'est ici "que" fonctionnel avec beaucoup d'amour dans les détails. à l'arrivée, café, lait, fruits mis à disposition. Un parasol pour la plage, le barbecue en état de marche. Notre avion ayant du retard, les propriétaires nous ont attendu pendant 1h30 pour pouvoir quand même nous accueillir eux-même. Seul point faible pour lequel les propriétaires ne peuvent rien. Quand nous y étions (octobre) il y avait beaucoup de moustiques partout au sud de l'île et notre fille réagissant beaucoup aux piqûres de moustiques, il n'était pas souvent possible de profiter de l'extérieur. Par contre, toutes les fenêtres étaient pourvues de bonnes moustiquaires, donc à l'intérieur, pas de soucis. à pied accès en 15/20 min sur la plage magnifique de Su Giudeu.

Super Haus und perfekt gelegen

Das Haus ist wunderschön und bietet einen genialen Umschwung, auch für die Kinder. Zum Strand ist es mit drm Auto nur 3 min. Alessandra und ihre Mutter sind wunderbare Gastgeberinnen. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es hat alles hervorragend geklappt
