Apartment located in a quiet residential complex with a swimming pool, 400 m from the beautiful beach of Pals and the city centre, close to restaurants, cafés and shops.
First floor with lift with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
It has a living-dining room with access to a terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts and meals in the sun, complete kitchen (gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine), 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed of 150x190cm and access to a terrace and 2 with 2 beds of 80x180cm each), 2 bathrooms (with bathtub) and garage.
Pets not allowed.
Apartment for families, bookings for young people under 35 years old not accepted.
Ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc
Tourist tax
Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.
