This apartment is a couple of minutes walk away from the calm, beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava! It is situated within close proximity of restaurants, cafes and shops. The property is ideal for relaxing family holidays on the Costa Brava!



House divided into 3 apartments with a share of the swimming pool.



This flat is on the first floor, with no lift. Maximum capacity of 6 people. Situated in a quiet neighborhood 300m from the beach. There is access to a relaxing terrace with table and chairs where you can have breakfast in the sun admiring views of the mountain and partial views of the sea. Living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Fully renovated and equipped kitchen: cutlery, pans, oven dishes, fridge, oven and microwave. There are four bedrooms: One double bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) with en suite bathroom with shower, One bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), another with two single beds (90x190 et 80x180cm), and the fourth with one single bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower.



Pets are no allowed.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.



- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival



- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchair
