Recently built, the Cerrano Park Residence consists of two buildings, with 12 three-room apartments, and offers its guests the unique opportunity to have breakfast or lunch while enjoying a breathtaking view of the \"Torre del Cerrano\" Marine Protected Area. The \"Tramontana\" apartment is located on the ground floor and is on two levels. First level with patio and small garden at the entrance, living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, as well as fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, access to the terrace equipped with table and chairs, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower box. The internal staircase leads to the lower floor consisting of 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and large sleeping area with double sofa bed. At about 300 meters the golden sandy beach awaits you, in the clearest sea point of our coast. The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, as well as internal parking for guests. Thanks to its location about 2 km from the center, however easy to reach thanks to the cycle path that runs alongside the historic pine forest, it is the ideal solution to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of linen. bed and bath towels included in the price.
