Villa Arena is in a great central position, 5 minutes' walk from both the shops and restaurants at the local commercial centre and the beach at Cala Blanca. You'll have various dining venues at your fingertips, some right by the beachfront as well as a few which overlook the coast where you can enjoy fantastic views of the sunset. This pleasant 2 bedroom villa is bright, airy and well-equipped, with a private swimming pool and BBQ. Air conditioning/heating in the hall and WiFi are included.

Villa Arena is in a great position, located centrally within the resort, with the local commercial centre and beach a short walk in either direction. The picturesque sandy inlet has several beachfront restaurants, plus the commercial centre is filled with shops and dining venues, some overlooking the sea. The island's old capital town of Ciutadella, home to Menorca's only cathedral, is 10 minutes' drive or local bus ride away, and is definitely worth seeing during your time on the island.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
