Just a short walk from the coast, this charming house for 3 people is the perfect retreat to enjoy the charm of Menorca in a peaceful and relaxed environment.
Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with lawn where you can relax in the sun and a saltwater swimming pool, measuring 4 x 3 metres and 1.5 metres deep, ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. The furnished terrace and the porch invite you to enjoy breakfasts in the open air or dinners under the stars, taking advantage of the barbecue to prepare delicious barbecues.

The interior of the house combines comfort and functionality on a single floor. The living room, equipped with Smart TV, opens onto the fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. When it's time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, both with fans and wardrobes. There are also two full bathrooms with shower, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, the house offers a washing machine for your use during your stay.

Located in Cales Piques, within the municipality of Ciutadella, this house is situated close to some of the best coves in Menorca. Ciutadella, with its charming harbour, cobbled streets and lively atmosphere, is just a few minutes' drive away, offering a wide variety of restaurants, shops and markets where you can discover the essence of the island - a perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday!

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
