Home is new and very close to downtown Salida (1/2 mile), one off street parking spot, ultra-high speed internet and WiFi. The IKEA sofa makes into a Queen bed. Private ground floor Suite in a Duplex (living space above on second story) with huge, private outdoor patio with chairs and table. Big view of surrounding mountains. Mountains bike trails accessible from property, river close by. Good for a couple, solo adventurers & business travelers. Rental agreement required to sign for the protection of both parties.

Great little property

Great little property in a great location with an easy walk to downtown Salida but far enough away you do not get the evening noise. Would definitely stay here again.

This rental was perfect! Perfect size, perfect location, and everything was better than expected. I would highly recommend this property! Quiet area and this property had everything I needed and more.

I wish we would have known there is not a door to the bedroom, snoring issues. Was easy to get in and out apartment and parking was close. Lots of feet noise above us, but was quite by bed time.

Great studio and awesome host

Clean and very well stocked studio apartment. Best for 1-2 people. Jaime is an attentive host, second time staying at one of her properties. Will definitely be returning.
