Villa Kuzey – 4 Bedroom in Scenic Kiziltas

Situated in Kiziltas, Villa Kuzey is a generously sized four bedroom villa just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. It has just undergone a program of redecoration in early 2022, so has a real freshness about it. Designed in neutral tones but with splashes of Mediterranean colours to really bring it alive.
Villa Kuzey can accommodate 9 people as there is a triple bedroom, making it perfect for larger groups if required. There is plenty of outdoor space for everyone and the long infinity pool terrace offers far reaching views across the bay.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor is the open plan living areas all opening out onto the pool side and with sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the appliances needed, such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. It is tastefully designed in neutral shades and is complemented by a dining table and chairs.

The living area is comfortable and welcoming, complete with television, and the floor to ceiling glass doors offer far reaching views across the bay. The villa has wi-fi and air-conditioning throughout.

This floor is finished with a twin bedroom (can be made into a double) which also opens out onto the pool terraces. There is a separate shower room for use of the twin room on the ground floor too.

First Floor
The first floor has a double en-suite and triple en-suite with three single beds. Both bedrooms have full sea views, are air-conditioned and share a full width balcony.

Second Floor
The top floor has an apex roof and is home to a large double en-suite, with a jacuzzi in the room itself. The balcony terrace has fabulous sea views from here. Please note the en-suite has height restrictions due to the apex roof.

Bedroom 1 – Master double en-suite bedroom with jacuzzi in the room and furnished terrace balcony.
Bedroom 2 – Double en-suite bedroom with furnished balcony (shared with bedroom 3).
Bedroom 3 – Triple (single beds) en-suite bedroom with furnished balcony (shared with bedroom 2).
Bedroom 4 – Twin room on the ground floor opening onto the pool terraces.

Outside
There is plenty of space outside to relax and enjoy the view from the plentiful sunbeds, which surround the good sized private infinity pool. The pool has a shallow end for children to splash in and ladder steps into the main pool.

There is also comfortable seating area, with pull out parasol if a little shade is required, a great spot to enjoy your first morning cuppa from.

To the other side of the terrace is shaded dining area, with large dining table, BBQ and a table tennis table for a fun game with the family.
