We loved Villa Manzara. An easy walk to the beach club. Very well appointed with all the basics provided. Lots of living spaces indoors and out. A spacious pool area. Very effective aircon. Our host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. We got great tips on places to go and see.

Relaxing stay at Villa Manzara

Wonderful stay at Villa Manzara. Villa was perfect and so well maintained, communication with owner and their agent was excellent. Great base too, for visiting the sites Türkiye has to offer, the fantastic local restaurants and bars.

The communication with Denise was excellent; she turned our holiday into a great holiday with all her local knowledge and tips. Villa was clean and spacious and the welcome basket was great when we arived on a late flight.

The villa was exactly as described. We loved the accomodations, the pool, and all the different outdoor spaces. The hosts.were very hospitable, even leaving us fresh food and wine in the kitchen, and letting us stay past check-out time because there wasn't another booking after ours. We had a lovely time, and we would happily rent this property again.

The description says a stunning Villa and boy how accurate that is. It was not just the Villa though, it was the entire package from start to finish. The hosts of this beautiful Villa could not have been more accommodating and friendly. No question was too big or too small. The booking process was brilliant and so smooth. Arriving at the villa gave us our first surprise. It was so clean, everything worked and there were just loads of unexpected extras. Food in the fridge, 19litres of drinking water in a dispenser- we were in heaven. We took out two adult boys and they loved the space and nobody tripped over themselves. On the first day we noticed that the ground floor aircon was making a racket. Hard to believe I know, but it took less than two hours once reported to get fixed. It was unbelievable service. Oh, and that’s another thing. The management company were superb. We even had bread delivered to us daily by the pool cleaner. It is really hard to list all of the positives about this villa and our stay in Kalkan but it would take forever. Were there any negatives. Only one. We had to leave! Honestly, if you want a fantastic place to stay, with brilliant attention to everything then look no further. We will be back for sure. Thank you to the wonderful villa hosts, the management company and the wonderful people of Kalkan.

Absolutely amazing experience from booking all the way through to the end of our trip. The information from Denise was amazing and we felt so well looked after the whole time. The villa is beautiful with stunning views and in an amazing location. We had 3 x teenagers in tow and they loved every minute of it. Great restaurants , an incredible boat trip and fab beach clubs. We're coming back !

Fantastic holiday

Villa Manzara is a wonderful villa where both our families were able to relax and make the most of the amazing scenery. The rooms were perfect with Wi-Fi and full air conditioning - and our host’s advice and tips made for a perfect and relaxed stay - thanks very much !! We hope to come back to this amazing villa one day as it was a perfect base for an amazing holiday in kalkan !

Stunning Villa

Great Villa, close to sea and beach clubs. Stunning views. Host was amazing from first communication to all information provided. Would recommend, walk to old town is 25 mins which we did most days and a cheap taxi back. We will be back.

Great Villa in a Fantastic Location

First time to Kalamar Bay/Kalkan area and the holiday exceeded all expectations. To name a few of the highlights: Kalamar Beach club, shopping, boat trip, visit to the Gorge, market day in Fethiye, restaurants, bars/clubs and the list goes on... If you want a mix of chill and life and you have 2 teenagers this is an ideal location. Cannot wait to return :)

Villa manzara

We had an amazing time at Villa Manzara. Denise the owner was wonderful and the whole holiday was hassle free. The Villa is well equipped and conveniently situated far enough out of Kalkan to provide peace but close enough to make going to and fro super easey even without a car. The beach clubs are close and great for the kids as ana alternative to the pool. Some great days out and Kalkan itself is charming with a diverse culture and great places to eat. I would fully recommend this villa for a great stay x

We had a lovely stay at this villa. The host was so helpful giving us lots of useful information and very organised with everything. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and a BBQ. The are several terraces with stunning views and seating. The pool is a good size and deep. No shallow end so may not be suitable for very young children. Someone came every day to clean the pool and surrounding area and sheets and towels were changed mid-stay so we felt very spoilt. We had a really great stay.

Family in Kalkan

This is an excellent villa to come and enjoy Kalkan. It is only a five minute walk to the beach club and there is also a free shuttle if you don’t fancy the walk. We had older parents and our children are students and we all had a great time. Denise and David were great hosts, always on hand to answer questions. The big highlight was the boat trip with Deniz and also the great food!

Villa Manzara 22-29/7

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Manzara. The Villa was spacious and clean with a lovely view. We had trouble finding it on arrival - the directions in Kalkan were confusing and we had to ask for help. The owners were extremely helpful with our requests. It was very hot while we were there but a lovely holiday experience.

Fabulous villa!

We were a large family group spread over 2 villas on the same road. Villa Manzara is immaculate, bright and very comfortable. We loved the pool area and the roof top patio with its fabulous views. The villa is a short walk to 2 beach clubs for when you can tear yourself away from the villa. There are also a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. For everything else its only a few minutes in a cab into Kalkan’s old town.

We had a perfect time in Kalkan and can highly recommend this villa. First and most important Denise and David are perfect hosts. Ahead of our trip we received many useful tips, all communication was swift and easy. Also Denise arranged transfer, boat trip and mid-stay cleaning for us. The villa itself is very comfortable and in very good shape. The swimming pool and the pool area were cleaned on a daily basis. The villa is very close to three beach clubs, which we can all recommend. Taxi drive to the city and to the supermarket was easy. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Villa Manzara

The property spread out over 4 floors was worked well for all of us as it gives everyone plenty of space with many outside areas to relax. Being located at Kalamar bay was nice as there are two beach clubs with in easy reach. although being slightly further out of town than we have stayed before the taxi's are cheap enough not to need to hire a car. The owners gave us plenty of information and recommendations, we would definitely recommend this property to large families.

Just Perfect!

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. The owner Denise was fantastic from the day of our booking right through to arriving at the villa. Denise provided so much useful information on the villa and surrounding area to help us have an enjoyable stay. The villa is perfect and has everything you could possibly ask for. The surrounding area is great with breathtaking views from each of the rooms. We went a boat trip around the bays of Kalkan which we would highly recommend. Overall we had a perfect stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect location and well equipped house

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Manzara. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We loved the short walk to the ocean which is perfect for a larger group as you don’t have to think about transportation. We appreciated the included med-week cleaning and the garden/terraces and po was maintained twice a day.The landlord, Denise was very friendly, gave us a lot of great information and very easy to communicate with. We absolutely recommend Villa Manzara.

Beautiful Kalkan

The villa was exactly as described, perfect for 6 adults. Quiet location but near enough to facilities. Elena the property manager was very good, taxis were easy to order and cheap. Kalkan town had so many restaurants we were spoilt for choice. Every night a roof top terrace, staff everywhere were friendly and welcoming. We used in villa catering one night, Vicky from Kalkan catering cooked and served us a wonderful BBQ. We will definitely be returning.

This is an exceptional property which gave us immense pleasure. You can always judge a product or service when something goes wrong, and it did during our stay; an a/c unit failed, and the host worked flat out to ensure the unit was replaced in super quick time. We were really impressed! We also had many DMs recommending restaurants and so forth. There was even a local phone we could use for bookings. Overall, 11 out of 10!

Truly Wonderful

An absolutely beautiful villa, the roof top area was beyond words - with breathtaking views. The Villa is located in a quiet and relaxing area with close access to the local beach club where we saw small blue and silver jumping fish and even a seal - absolutely stunning. We have been lucky enough to stay in many villas around the world but have never received such brilliant communication from an owner as from Denise , local area information including trips, restaurants she even supplies a Turkish registered mobile phone such handy numbers input - which we used regularly. I can’t recommend this villa enough !

Fantastic

We had a wonderful holiday with 3 daughters (19,23,25) and their boyfriends. The villa was perfect for us all with plenty of room. Denise was always helpful with plenty of knowledge and lots of tips on restaurants etc . A great idea of having a mobile in the villa with a Turkish sim in and local numbers stored in. We are still talking about our holiday now and we will definitely be back . Thank yoy

Excellent villa, stunning views, beautiful location

Just returned home from a two week stay at Villa Manzara. The villa is very spacious, modern and very well equipped. The views from the roof top overlooking the sea are amazing particularly at night when you can watch the shooting stars. The beach club 5 minutes away is great for families with lots of activities. The town of Kalkan is lovely lots of bars and restaurants to choose from our particular favourite was Chata overlooking the harbour and the sea the staff were amazing. I would recommend this villa it’s very peaceful and relaxing. Denise the owner was exceptional with all the info provided about the area things to do etc. Any questions asked was answered immediately. Wish we was still there!!

The villa was just lovely. It was exactly as described in the particulars.

The booking of the villa was made much easier because of the assistance given by owner Denise. She was extremely helpful both before our trip and also whilst we were in Kalkan. She organised our taxi from the airport and gave us some fantastic restaurant recommendations and general tips. She responded to messages immediately which was brilliant. The villa was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The sea views from all of the rooms were spectacular and the pool area was great. The chap who came each morning and evening was also really lovely and helpful. We had a brilliant holiday and would book the villa again without any hesitation.
