Don't take our word for it, please read the reviews on this site, the villa is simply stunning. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. Beautiful contemporary 4 bedroom villa with 3x double rooms and 1x twin room. The upper bedroom covers the entire floor of this 4 level house and has amazing views over the ocean. Having said this there are stunning views from all rooms, the pool/ terrace, the two balconies and the roof terrace. Private infinity pool and large terrace for sun bathing. Outdoor dining for 8 people along with outdoor seating and table, and 6 sun-beds. Very peaceful location but only ten minutes walk to town. Wifi provided along with Internet 'Smart' TV + Satellite TV. Nice garden with a new big BBQ. Modern furniture throughout. Garage with table tennis table + a foosball table on the roof level (indoor). Two parking spaces

The owners are a British family who bought the property after traveling to Kalkan on holiday in 2011. We have two children, our youngest was three and half when we the purchased the property. We have visited every year since and our children are now adults themselves and bring their own friends to visit every year.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the panoramic sea views and how peaceful it is. Kalkan is a small town with white washed villas, vibrant bougainvillea, cobbled streets and lots of Turkish charm. We also love the culinary excellence of over 100 restaurants, dining under the stars on the roof top terraces in town. Also boasting fifteen chic beach clubs in and around Kalkan.

What makes this property unique

The panoramic sea views from all double rooms, including two main bathrooms, are simply amazing! The infinity pool is lovely to swim in and sit beside in the evenings. We are completely at home as soon as we arrive in the peace and quiet of Villa Ruya. Far enough away from all the main roads there is no traffic noise. It's a quick walk to the restaurants in town. Wifi Internet + Internet Smart TV, Table Tennis Table and a Football table all to make your stay more comfortable.
