You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room granny flat with an area of 90 square meters, spread across two levels. The living/dining room measures 23 square meters and is equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also provides access to the patio.

The first level features a room of 8 square meters with a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules.

The upper floor comprises two rooms, both with their own bathrooms. The first room measures 7 square meters and has two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. It also has access to a balcony. The second room, measuring 8 square meters, features a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to another balcony.
