The property is lovely and spacious, lovely pool and outside areas. We could have dome with hiring a car as the nearest shop 25 min walk in tbe heat. Beaches lovely and safe bathing for the kids We absolutely agree that having a car can enhance the experience, and it's great to know that there is ample parking space available for two cars. The proximity to Calpe and the various nearby beaches is indeed a major advantage. Thank you for choosing our property for your vacation, and we wish you many more happy travels in the future.

Thank you for sharing your valuable insights about your recent stay in our villa. We're thrilled that you found the spacious layout and single-level design to be a great fit for your family, particularly with a young child. We're pleased that Lee was able to promptly address any concerns that arose, contributing to a positive holiday experience. Regarding transportation options, while we do recommend having a car for added convenience, many of our guests choose not to hire one , they appreciate the villa's proximity to the beach, which is just a short 3-minute walk away. Additionally, taxis offer a cost-effective way to reach the town area. To further enhance your shopping experience, the majority of major shops in Calpe provide online shopping services with delivery directly to the villa. Showering before using the pool is indeed a helpful practice in maintaining its quality and to improve the pool's cleanliness . Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we're grateful to have had the opportunity to host you.

Firstly, it's crucial to clarify that this review was influenced by deductions made to your security deposit. These fees were applied due to the damage caused during your stay, including the ripping of mosquito nets, breakage of 8 wine glasses and 4 plates, as well as unfortunate incidents like someone in your party being sick in the driveway and in the main bathroom, which was left uncleaned. Please understand that such deductions are standard in the hospitality industry to cover the cost of repairs and replacements. Regarding cleanliness, we want to assure you that all our sheets are professionally washed before each guest's arrival. We have stringent cleanliness standards in place and would never provide dirty sheets or sheets with blood stains. We also want to reassure guest that plates and cutlery are always thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is a top priority for us.

Thanks for your great review. Unfortunately during your stay we did have light rain which was full of dust from the sahara Dessert in Africa. it's a shame you didn't give us a 5 star review as its out of our control. We grately apreciate the you mention that we sorted it out very promplty. Thanks for lets future guests know that the villa is super clean, its always nice that people to notice our all our hard work to make your holiday perfect. We hope to see you all soon again
