Well-appointed flat in an ideal location. It was warm and cosy, and having a parking space was really helpful, although the lovely Magdalen Road shops and the town centre are within easy walking distance.

Good Value, Quiet, Comfortable Bed
This property is located in a very quiet part of Exeter, convenient to buses and grocery store. The bed was extremely comfortable and the flat was clean and appointed with basic necessities. Nice sitting area. Restful atmosphere. Good value for money. I would, however, liked to have had contact with the owners.

It was situated conveniently near to centre of Exeter. Communications with the apartment owner was prompt and efficient. Unfortunately there are flats above which are very noisy.
Dirty, paint peeling off walls, parts of flooring missing therefore a trip hazard. Shower curtain disgusting, floor in shower dirty, kitchen utensils dirty, oven tray thick with grease had to wash everything before use. Bathroom door had no handle, lock was loose and had a use lock to open door, hooks on the back of bathroom door loose. Tried to make contact with owner but no reply, couldn’t check in on QR code so told owner but had no response. Overall was a dirty unkempt apartment, location was good and within walking distance to the city centre. Suggest time care and attention to be given to this property as we were very disappointed and disgusted at the state of it. Very expensive for what it is. Sadly would not return due to the state of the property.

Why they chose this property
The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk.
