A beautiful and spacious three bedroom apartment with balcony in Crouch End, north London.

Newly refurbished, this luxury home offers a relaxing environment for those spending time in the capital for business or pleasure.

It's also an ideal haven for locally-based guests looking to escape renovation work or needing to accommodate family visiting the area.

Close to all transport links into the City/West End and within walking distance of bars, shops and restaurants.

This luxury apartment has three fantastic bedrooms, all with king-size beds.

The stunning first floor open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has a vaulted ceiling which floods the room with natural light.

There are two fabulous bathrooms, one with a freestanding bath and the other with a walk-in shower.

There is a small balcony area with seating adjoined to the main bedroom on the first floor.

The loft bedroom has an additional living area with a double sofa bed and a tall window that offers views across north London.

Beautiful wooden floors throughout, gorgeous furnishings plus all modern amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, central heating, smart TVs, WiFi plus fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine.

Parking restrictions are in place Monday – Friday between 11am to 1pm. Please get in touch if you will require parking permits.

Crouch End is a friendly neighbourhood in north London with a village-like feel.

Hornsey overground station is a 5min walk from the apartment which offers a brilliant service for commuters and sightseers with trains every 10 minutes to central London.

A short hop on a bus will also get you to Finsbury Park and Archway tube stations.

Within walking distance from the apartment there are plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants that cater for foodies and families alike.

Crouch End has two fab arthouse cinemas, a swimming pool, gyms plus great outdoor spaces close by including Alexandra Palace Park, Queen's Wood and Highgate Woods.

We had a great time in Crouch End! Julia was a wonderful and responsive host and the place was very clean and modern. We also were able to walk to several pubs, coffee shops and grocery stores while we were there. Overall a really nice stay.

The home was just as beautiful as advertised. The location was quiet and perfect. Julia was communicative and accommodating from the start. Julia provided all the comforts of home and wonderful small surprises. We would definitely recommend it to anyone going to London.

Julia was absolutely a wonderful host. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The place was perfect. It was super clean, lots of natural sunlight and spacious. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for the showers. The area was very nice. Almost anything you wanted was near by. This is a place I would definitely visit again.Thank you Julia for being a great host!

Julia is a wonderful host, the apartment is quite spacious for solo travelers, couples, & families alike. The Crouch End/Hornsey area is my personal favourite in Greater London (North London Forever), so going forward I reckon no extended stay would be complete without checking the availability of Julia’s wonderful home!

Spacious, Comfortable, Clean!!!

Flat was super spacious for family of 5, very comfortable and extremely clean!!! We loved staying here. The kids/teens loved the loft. Located in quiet neighborhood on outer edge of London, short walk to Hornsey train station for The Great Northern line.

Spacious, stylish and very comfortable apartment!

This typical English Victorian-style apartment is a real gem! It is exactly as described and even exceeded our expectations. Very roomy, bright, very clean and tidy and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Very well equipped and well stocked kitchen, lovely bathrooms, gorgeous bedrooms with very comfortable beds. We found it very convenient and easy to get from Crouch End into central London on either the railway or the bus. Our party of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive and we felt much welcome. We highly recommend this property and we'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment

My 19 year old grandson and I (age 80) stayed at this Crouch End apartment for two weeks in April. This VRBO listing is just as described in the booking information. It is spotlessly clean, bright and the decor very appealing. The amenities are exactly as specified, modern and functional.I appreciated that my grandson and I both had private space to retreat to at the end of busy days touring. We used both the train from Hornsey station and the bus, connections - easy enough to see all the favourite historical sights in and around London.Communication with Julia, check-in procedure, and assistance throughout our visit was perfect. Julia made herself available but was never intrusive. I was very impressed with "lots" of towels and T. paper. - not always found in various rental over the years haha. There is an information package re local shops, restaurants, apartment amenities, etc which came in handy. This is a safe quiet neighbourhood. We appreciated the welcome package of some vital items(in my grandson's case - milk and cookies/. and for mea nice bottle of wine). I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and would stay there again myself.

Great hosts

Everything in the flatbwas great. The little extras were appreciated. Julia and Patrick even had some adapters for the power plugs available to use. They left us some waters, Prosecco, croissants, coffee pods, etc. They had shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower and bath. The only downside of the place is how far ot is away from the main attractions, but we still had a fabulous visit to London. Thanks J &P

Fab Apartment

We had a great stay at Harvey Rd. Julia was a very good host who answers quickly and is lovely to deal with. The apartment is better than the pics- very sunny ,quiet and spacious. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended , Gaye and Roger- New York.

Perfect location and host

Pair of moms and daughters coming to London for the Taylor Swift concert! This location was wonderful. We loved the neighborhood feel and great restaurants in Couch End, with easy access into central London. Perfect for sightseeing. Julia was such a kind host. She gave us tips for getting around, including to and from Wembley and the airport. The flat is beautiful and was perfect for our girls get-away! My best VRBO experience to date!

Fantastic

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. Clean and quiet, close to the train station and multiple restaurants and grocery stores. My teens loved having their own rooms and my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Great hosts, very friendly and accommodating.

Optimal Place to Stay

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. We were on a girls trip with myself, my mom, and my daughter. It had three large rooms, first two on pretty much the same level, the third was up a flight. My daughter enjoyed this room (having her own space). Be aware there is a flight of stairs into the apartment. Took a bit to get our suitcases up there, but the place is WORTH it. We Ubered into city centre most of the time. Julia was amazing with communication and even left welcoming snacks. Highly recommend!

Well appointed facilities, very clean, location

Host was displayed amazing attention to detail and all our needs. The property was extremely well stocked with all the essentials. It is a very modern facility with up to date bathrooms. Spacious unit for family with the top floor bedroom very large. I would highly recommend this unit. Great for families!! It was a pleasure meeting Julia.

Happy times

Could be more centrally located for what we normally want, but it got us out to walk, take buses and trains. That experience alone was all part of the vacation. Moderate exercise was built in.

Absolutely fabulous stay!

I can not say enough good things about my family's stay at this property! The location was quiet but also close to restaurants and transportation. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully stocked. Better than all that, though, was how fabulous our host Julia was! So helpful and great communication! If you're considering staying here stop considering and book it! You will not be disappointed!

First time in London

My family and I absolutely loved this apartment!! When we arrived we where happy to find fruit, snacks, coffee, tea and even some champagne in the fridge. There where 5 of us. Our adult daughters shared the upstairs loft room and had more then enough space. The kitchen and living room area was bright and open with plenty of room to relax and enjoy meals. My mom and I had our coffee on the balcony and watched the neighborhood come alive around us. All the beds where very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and pillows for all. The Crouch end area had charm, offering all you would need during your stay. Located near plenty of public transportation options for travel, which made it convenient to get in and out of the city and all the major attractions. Lastly, Our host/owner Julia was AMAZING from start to finish. At one point during our stay we had questions about seeking urgent care and she responded immediately via chat on the VRBO site. Julia also checked on us in person, offering to drive us to the Hospital. Luckily we only needed a pharmacist, which we learned can prescribe medication without seeing a Physician. We all agreed we wish we could have stayed longer!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crouch End! It was perfect for our family! Everything was exceptionally clean, wonderful neighborhood, spacious rooms and perfect location! I can’t say enough about our host, Julia! She was amazingly accommodating and so helpful during the entire process! We will definitely stay here again, if we are able to return!

Great home base for touring London!

Absolutely loved everything about this apartment. Location was ideal to get to the train station for sightseeing. It was close to supermarkets & great eateries. Julia was so accommodating and ready to help with any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling with a family.

Überragend und absolut empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert: sehr sauber und insgesamt überdurchschnittlich gut mit Geschirr, Besteck und sonstigen Haushaltsgegenständen/-geräten ausstaffiert. Ausreichend Handtücher, zwei unterschiedlich weiche Kissen zur Wahl, Reservebettdecken (falls nötig). Die Betten sind sehr bequem und Julia hat uns mit einem Willkommenspaket (Prosecco, Wasser, Milch, Cornflakes…) überrascht. Wo erlebt man noch so eine zuvorkommende, liebenswerte Geste? Wir haben auch die ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße zu schätzen gewusst und die Wohnung ist wirklich problemlos per Underground und Bahn zu erreichen. Das nötigste an Nahrungsmitteln bekommt man in den beiden kleinen Läden, die fußläufig in etwa 2 min zu erreichen sind, ein größerer Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Hausherrin war jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen und wir haben uns sehr gefreut, sie zum Abschluss noch persönlich kennenlernen zu dürfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ferienwohnung

Wir, waren begeistert von der Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern war es auch. Die Gastgeberin Julia, ist so toll, sie hat immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Zur Begrüßung hatte sie was für uns vorbereitet . So eine Unterkunft findet man selten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Man müsste mehr Sterne verteilen dürfen.
