Our host, Kathy, was fantastic. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout our stay and was always quick to respond. There were a few minor hiccups, but she was very attentive and addressed them promptly. She was able to resolve almost every issue, and we truly appreciated her dedication to making sure we had a great experience. We would gladly stay here again.

Owner was very easy to communicate with. Truly a wonderful experience with her! Loved not being high up. Condo was on 2nd floor right off elevator. Condo was decorated beautifully and open floor plan. Kitchen is fully equipped. Pool was wonderful and easy access to beach. Only downfall and really wasn't an issue for us is the big sofa sleeper is missing some springs so mattress sunk in and the blow up mattress needed batteries which I didnt have on hand. I would 100% stay here again!!!

The condo was fabulous. Super clean and spacious. The beach was great. White sand and great weather. The pool was awesome. Will definitely stay at the condo again.

Great place!!

This place was perfect. Our range of age was 20-74 and it was everything we needed. Walkable to the beach for all ages. Condo was very roomy and comfy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great, freshly remodeled condo! It’s on the backside of the building from the beach but it’s an easy walk to the beach. Also comes with everything you need for the beach in a storage area on the ground level. Parking is under the tennis courts close to the room. Overall good spot!

Relaxing. The water was Chrystal clear on Sunday and Monday, but went downhill after. Then we were able to enjoy the pool.

Family get away

We travel to destin all the time but have never stayed in miramar beach before. The unit was clean and big and perfect for us and our teenage girls!! It was such a nice, peaceful spot!

Nice time

Property was nice, couches not comfortable and could have used a few seats or recliners in living room. Dining area was great as was kitchen. Expected to play tennis but courts were being renovated.

Spacious condo

The master bedroom was extra large. The whole condo has been updated, and two balconies were cool. We had no issues with check in or check out.

Beautiful remodeled large space-easy access to loads of stuff.

We had such a great vacation in this spacious condo! Everything was well stocked, beach things, toiletries, kitchen had every utensil, pot/pan we could need. The beach was short walk and the pools offered heated and non heated. We had no issues getting a chair or space at the beach. The outlet mall is right across the street and we walked to Oyster House which was great for an afternoon beverage or meal. The grounds at the condo complex are impressive, very clean, they were always working on cleaning, blowing, wiping stuff to ensure cleanliness. We will be back! The host Kathy was quick to communicate and so kind!!

Absolutely worth it!

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was newly renovated and well done. So much room!!! The beds slept good and were high quality! A must for us. Great selection on tv for rainy day and distance to beach was so easy and quick. The pool was a great addition to beach. Very short distance to great food. We have stayed on other end of destin and it was not this good. If I needed anything, owner was quick to respond and so polite! I will stay here again.

Nice Stay

This was our second stay at MainSail Resort. Its a great property and easy access to the beach. The only complaint we had is room wasnt cleaned very well or ready on time. Also the parking is a mess as alot is under construction and we were reprenended for parking on the side area where we were forced to park for lack of enough parking places. Although it was a issue, we would return ti Mainsail and the condo was beautiful!

Vacation

This property was just a short walk to the beach. We loved not having to drive to the beach. The condo was spacious for only 2 bedrooms. There were a few small cleaning issues when we arrived but the owner took care if it promptly. The internet never worked but we really didn’t need to use it so that didn’t disrupt our stay. The only real complaint we had was the pool, it was not clean. Seemed like the filter wasn’t working or something like that. Overall it was a great stay.
