Beautiful newly renovated apartment close to the centre and the beach

Set in a quiet and residential area of ​​Porto San Giorgio, this second floor apartment is a stone's throw from the center and the beach, both easily reachable on foot.
Beautifully located with all the necessary shops at your door step, which includes a supermarket, a bakery a butcher and deli and several bars and restaurants.
There is also free parking just outside the main entrance.
Once you arrive there is no need of using the car as everything is within few minutes walk, including the train station which connects you with the rest of Italy!

The apartment benefits of a large open plan leaving area, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen and a separate utility room.
From the leaving room you can access a balcony equipped with chair and table to enjoy a glass of chilled wine in the sun shine.

The apartment also offers three bedrooms, one double with en suite, and two further rooms one with two separate beds and the third with a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom.

The apartment has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard and it is therefore equipped with all the comforts. It is an ideal rental for families who are looking for a comfortable home from home vacation and a quite location.

The apartment has wifi which is available on request and for an extra charge of €13 per week.

A little gem near the sea

Thanks a lot for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home! We loved our stay in this very well equipped apartment. Sea is in walking distance as well as the supermarket and a very good pizza place across the street. We would love to come back!

loved dealing with enrica, loved the apartment, location is ideal for walking everywhere, neighbours were so friendly and the pizza place across the street (pizza express) was so handy along with the grocery store. can't wait to return.

Siamo rimasti 5 giorni nella casa d'Enrica per passare il Capodanno 2024. La casa è spaziosa e ben accessoriata, vicino al mare e ai bei posti (Conero, Fermo, Macerata, Recanati, ecc.) che si trovano in questa zona delle Marche. Enrica sempre reattiva alle nostre richieste e domande.

One of a kind

L'appartamento, ristrutturato da poco, garantisce comodità ed ampi spazi in cui soggiornare. L'host, Enrica, è sempre stata molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e ha risposto in pochissimo tempo ad ogni domanda. La casa è tenuta con un ordine ed una pulizia impeccabile,è fornita di tutto l'occorrente, e situata in una zona che dista poco sia dalla spiaggia che dal centro della città: questi ultimi infatti sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Speciale menzione per i bagni, in particolare le docce, molto spaziose, con 2 doccini, perfette dopo una giornata di spiaggia. Daniele Bursi

Great apartment in Porto San Giorgio!

This clean and modern newly renovated 3 BR, 2 bath apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and the center of town. We appreciated having a clothes washer, WiFi for catching up on email and social media, and YouTube on the TV. The apartment owner, Enrica, was a pleasure to work with. She kept us well informed throughout the process and responded quickly via email or text. We were very pleased with this apartment, and we'll happily recommend it to anyone traveling to the eastern coast of Italy.
