We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The resort offers two swimming pools, one for children and one for adults, a playground surrounded by greenery, and a bar available to guests. Walking along the various alleys of the resort you can reach the terraced houses perfectly inserted in a natural context of exceptional impact.

one bed-room apartment in an ancient villa overlooking the valley, it consists of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and kitchen, bathroom with shower. Guests have free use of the 2 swimming pools (one for adults, the other for children). Terrace equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- The pool closure for the 2023 season (weather permitting) is scheduled for start of October.
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on the final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- The opening of the swimming pool is foreseen from 20/5 to 8/10.
