Welcome to Summer Breezes Holiday, your perfect vacation rental located in the charming town of Holiday, Florida. Our property is designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay, with all the amenities you need to make the most of your vacation.

Summer Breezes is a private and elegant suite attached to the main house. Our suite is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a cozy living room. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, luxurious linens, and a 4K 43" flat-screen TV. The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table with two chairs and a 32" flat-screen TV.

Our suite also features a fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. You can cook your own meals or enjoy local cuisine at the nearby restaurants.

Summer Breezes is located just a 12-minute drive from some of Florida's most beautiful beaches, including Anclote Key Preserve State Park, Howard Park Beach, Sunset Beach, Honeymoon island park beach, and Clearwater beach. These beaches offer pristine white sand, crystal-clear water, and a wide range of water activities, such as swimming, fishing, boating, and more.

In addition to the beaches, Holiday, Florida is a popular vacation destination with a variety of places of interest to explore. You can visit the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, which offer a glimpse into the town's Greek heritage and provide opportunities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. You can also enjoy outdoor activities at the Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park, which offers hiking trails, kayaking, and fishing.

Carlos communicated quickly and was very accommodating. This rental is just the right size for one or two people. The decorations are lovely, and everything was very clean. Although there is not a stove nor oven, there is a microwave, an electric single- burner hot plate, a toaster, and a griddle along with all the utensils and cookware needed. I will probably stay here again the next time I’m in Holiday.

Such a fantastic little place!! We came here for a fishing trip and this house had everything we needed. It was spotless clean and had all the amenities we could wish for (even loofahs and toothbrushes!!)We will be back!!

A beautifully remodeled garage apartment-style rental in a peaceful neighborhood that is centrally located off of highway 19. Perfect for exploring the local towns and sponge docks of Tarpon Springs.

Great stay 3 nights

This was more comfortable and hospitality included with major privacy they are very nice people and the tv in bedroom was very nice. Would stay here again. Also thanks for short notice quick responsiveness.

The space is very cozy and quiet. Super clean and bright. It is perfect for 1 or people. The hosts provided a few extras (water, pop, chips, toothpaste and toothbrushes) which was very nice.

Quaint and clean

Studio- sized apartment that packed a lot of hospitality!! Everything you could want was available! The decor was very homey and the bed was comfortable. Had some minor issues with the internet being a little slow but nothing that would prevent me from coming back!!

Great stay!

Great location, very clean & nicely .decorated. The only downside was we didn’t like the fact that there are no windows. I’m a little claustrophobic! It would have been nice to see a little daylight.

Nice little place to get away to

The apartment was clean and well decorated. The coffee and snacks were a definite plus. Close to Tarpon Springs and the beach. The owners were very friendly. Only downside was the step up into the bathroom which I didn’t see and the wrong code was posted on the check in instructions. The correct ne was posted on a message. Would definitely stay again

Book it!

For it being just myself, I absolutely loved the coziness of the small apartment! It had everything I needed and more. I would most definitely book again if I am back in the area. I think anyone would love it. The only thing it was missing was a washer and dryer. Regardless, it's a 5star stay.

The great abundance and tranquility I felt towards arriving at Sea Breezes was remarkable! Never have I felt so much at peace and relaxation at a place I was visiting momentarily. Amazing house host that had the rental unit with immaculate presentation and overall perfect cleanliness. I would definitely stay at Sea Breezes again in the future. A good place to sleep

If all you want to do is go there to take a shower and sleep then this is the place. Comfortable bed, good shower. Nicely decorated. Need a large coffee pot. Need to do something about channels you have to sign into your own streaming accounts if you want to relax and watch tv for a moment. Other than this... It was a really nice place. The host is really nice and they do not bother you while you stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay and thank you for a comfortable stay!

Dear Patricia, We strive to create a pleasant stay for our guests working very hard to achieve that, and we are very sad for your 3 star review. Regarding your concerns, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise a streaming service as part of our amenities. However, we do provide two smart TVs, one 32" and another 43", with WiFi capabilities, allowing guests to access their own streaming accounts if they wish to relax and watch their favorite shows or movies. As for the coffee pot, we actually have two coffee makers available, which we believe is more than sufficient. Additionally, we provide courtesy coffee, tea, an electric kettle, and sugar to ensure our guests have a comfortable and convenient stay. Once again, thank you for choosing to stay with us.
