Guests are responsible for supplying their own propane tank/refill and cleaning the grill after use. Value & Pricing: Our rates are priced very competitively for the area, offering excellent overall value for a full home rental compared to single shared spaces or standard local hotel rooms. Property Condition & House Rules: Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and care is top priority. However, post-checkout inspections indicated that smoking occurred inside the home during the stay, which violated our house rules, impacted the fresh condition of the space, and significantly delayed our turnaround prep. We appreciate your input as we continuously work to refine our guest experience.
