The village itself is an entire box of chocolates. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet a short five-minute drive to the bustling historic town of Cupar. This cottage oozes charm and is warm and welcoming. Perfect for couples looking to getaway or a small group of family and friends looking for peace and relaxation.

The welcoming living room has an electric wood burner effect and is the perfect place to sit with a book on an evening after a day of exploring the many activities found very close by. St Andrews is just 30-minute drive away, along with Dundee, Perth and some of the most picturesque fishing villages dotted along the East Neuk Coast. Edinburgh can be reached in 65 minutes or jump on the train from Ladybank and be there in half the time. Beach 14 miles.
