気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Initially, I was excited about this property, but quickly realized that the description was not matching the reality of what was delivered. It began upon arrival at the destination. Lacking clarity, there was considerable confusion about the property location with no clear address, signage. Narrow street parking and no clearly visible parking areas had us asking neighbors for directions. Unfortunately, they didn’t even know of the place, which ended up being just across the street. Next, when opening the front door, we were greeted by an offensive, strong, call it cleaning smell. So pungent, it triggered breathing challenges. Hoping the odor was contained to the entry, we made our way to our room to see what we had. Clearly the property was letting rooms, but I was surprised to see common bathroom as we walked to our room. It was my understanding that the property I had rented contained a bathroom and a shower. Fully believing the room contained both toilet and shower. No where in the description was it clearly stated that there was one bathroom and a shower SHARED across multiple floors, with many rooms. Coming to the the shocking realization of this, we opted to leave immediately. Contacting the property manager to discuss concerns of misrepresentation of property proved to be a circle of frustration. Unwilling to accept responsibility for language used in describing the property and requesting photos of smell. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone!
