This condo was wonderful! Everything was clean and spacious! We had a beautiful view out the balcony. The pictures do not do this property justice! We had a little trouble learning the “lay of the land” navigating the resort. Once we figured it out we were set! Our only complaint was at night the pool area and restaurant were a bit noisy. We stayed during a very busy season and came from a different time zone so we went to bed early. Beds were very comfortable!

Very beautiful condo. We loved the layout. We had 2 adults and 4 teens. Plenty of room for everyone. It was much bigger than expected with plenty of seating for everyone. Decorated beautifully. We arrived much later than planned so we weren't able to check in at arrival but just did that the next morning with no issues. The host was quick to reply when I was unsure of how to get in the building at first(we were trying to get in a side door that stayed locked without a code) the lobby/beach access code were different than the condo door code so it was my confusion that led to the issue getting in at first. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Beach views are great! Overlooks the outdoor restaurant too. Beautiful at night with the outdoor lights and lanterns. Great food 1 flight down. Beach bar right across the street, connected by a walkover. Very safe here! We keep coming back to 201.

The PERFECT place for us!

This was our fourth vacation in the Destin area and this was our favorite! The condo was stunning! There was plenty of space and it had everything we needed for our family of four. We loved being walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Being so close to the pool and the beach PLUS the beautiful views of them from the condo made this trip perfect for us! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful property

The property was exactly as described and very clean. It is a corner unit with views facing east and south; beautiful! The owners answered any questions that we had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
