So a few things to really get into vs how its advertised... we had 1 toddler age 1 a child age 4, 6 adults and a senior 80plus....Parking.... NO free parking, all permit and spaces mentioned in advert but nothing available outside permit times and not a space in site for well over half mile plus, residents come out as soom as you pull up asking about why your pulling up and indicate if you park anywhere your car 'may get damaged ' long stay car park about 12 to 15 min walk from house.stairs.... yes spiral staircase but its NOT normal width its narrow not wide enough to carry a child safely luggage extremely difficult to carry up. Then 2 of the bedrooms on 3rd floor inc single and the 2nd staircase steep with narrow tread and no banister at top so with elderly person staying in single bed meant they pn 3rd floor and with mobility issues normal stairs no issue but these were dangerous for them to manoeuvre. Other detail not advertised is that bathron ground floor so very challenging with kids and senioin bedrooms then having to manoeuvre stairs. House other than that exactly as advertised perfect location for city centre but more suited to couple or adults only without cars.....Just another small issue dustbin was overflowing and so couldnt put additional rubbish out and the binmen called when we there so just not ideal as meant nowhere for smelly takeout package and dirty nappies

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the house exactly as advertised and enjoyed its location close to the city centre.
We’re sorry to read that a few aspects of the stay didn’t fully meet your expectations. The spiral staircase and layout of the property are both clearly shown in the photos and described on the listing, as we know these features can be important when travelling with young children or older guests. The house itself is a traditional period property in the heart of Salisbury, and the staircase is charming but a little narrower than in modern homes.
With regard to parking, we do have the option to issue a resident’s permit for guests who request one. As many of our visitors are working in the area and out during the day, this isn’t something we’re often asked for, but we would have been very happy to arrange one for you if we’d known during your stay.
We’re also sorry about the bin on arrival, it was emptied during your stay as you mentioned but we appreciate that this was inconvenient when you first arrived and will make sure our team double-checks it in future.
Thank you again for your comments, we’ll use them to help ensure our guests continue to have the best possible experience with us.
