The property is lovely, very clean and in an excellent location. Those stairs sure are quirky! The beds were comfortable and the bath was amazing. All that is required was provided.

Perfect location to explore Salisbury.Everything within walking distance of the property.The parking space was ideal, as we like to walk a lot. Once we parked onto the property we didn’t need to use the car again.For us we felt that maybe it is time to replenish the pillows on the beds. The property was clean and the kitchen is well equipped.Thank you for our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property! It's the perfect location for visiting Salisbury since you can literally walk everywhere. The hosts were very welcoming, and it was a nice touch that there was tea/coffee and biscuits available for us when we arrived as we were exhausted after flying in from Canada earlier that morning. We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic property ideally located for accessing the Cathedral and central shopping area. The hosts are lovely and very kindly gave me multiple suggestions of things to do with my children whilst we were in Salisbury. We would 100% stay here again.

This is a very nice clean and light house. Jim and Laura were extremely helpful hosts. It was also an added bonus that there is free parking at the back of the house.

Great location. Clean property with everything you need. We used the EV charger which was really useful. Be warned the lead is a little short and we had to put our car right up to the edge of the over hang. Not a problem all worked out and it was fantastic to have parking so close to the city. Would definitely recommend

Amazing Hosts

Jim and Leanne are some of the best VRBO hosts we’ve ever had. They were extremely responsive and flexible with the requests that we had. The flat was a perfect fit for our family of 5 to start our Europe trip. We were all a little jet lagged, the beds were comfortable and the home is extremely quiet. The location is great too. Everything you could need is within walking distance. The top floor bedrooms get a little warm with the hot summer days, but the host provided fans that really helped. If we’re ever back in Salisbury we will most definitely stay here! Thanks for the warm welcome.

Great stay in Salisbury

We were grandparents with a 4 and an 8 year old exploring Salisbury and Stonehenge. The house worked really well for us, with a great location and easy access to the centre. The children appreciated all the board games and we had fun trying out new games. The seating in the garden is a sun trap and lovely to sit out in in the early evenings. The children's comment was 'this is really posh' and they loved the house. Leanne and Jim were great hosts and everything was really well organised. The house was wonderfully located and the off street parking was a big plus. We could easily walk to multiple ships, restaurants and attractions.The washer dryer was a great convenience. Jim and Leanne were very responsive for the one request we had. The HUGE problem we had was that the beds were the worst I have ever experienced in a rental. Even the bed in the main bedroom was 2 twin folding frames, each with a thin uncomfortable mattress. I understand the narrow stairs present a challenge to getting a box spring upstairs, but I believe a good quality foam mattress should have been possible and might have been an improvement. We have been home 2 days and our backs are still not back to normal. I really don't like writing a negative review but I really need to on this one. (the category titles for the individual review line items didn't show up on the website or in the app... I was trying to give 3 stars for the overall experience, 4 for the value, and 5 for everything else).

We are HUGELY disappointed to receive this average review, especially as we had no feedback from the guests during their week-long stay. We hurried round to provide more toilet paper but nothing was said about our beds! Two other beds were available for these guests to use, but they chose not to use them. Clearly, mattresses are a personal choice and we cannot please everyone all of the time. However, ours are not cheap or thin, they are quality coil-sprung with medium firmness. The feedback from most of our guests matches our own experience staying here - the beds are very comfortable!

Urlaub in Salisbury

Die Beschreibung war sehr gut. Da wir am Anfang etwas unsicher waren, haben wir den Vermieter per Telefon kurz vor dem Ziel kontaktiert. Am Ziel angekommen, ist unmittelbar neben dem Appartement ein Parkplatz. Im dazugehörigem Hotel gibt man sein Kfz Kennzeichen an und einen Parkplatz zugewiesen. Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist groß. Alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden. Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 4 Minuten an der großen Cathetrale. Man kann sehr viel unternehmen. Wir brauchten nur einmal das Auto, um zu Stonehenge zu kommen. Alles andere lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Vor allem die schönen Pubs 😁😁. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hat man dennoch ein paar Fragen, kann man den Vermieter über WhatsApp erreichen. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich beim Vermieter dieser Wohnung.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Salisbury

Klare Empfehlung! Sehr gut gelegene, gemütliche und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mitten in der City und dennoch nachts ruhig. Einen Parkplatz zu haben, ist mitten in Salisbury Gold wert ! Abwicklung total unkompliziert, die Vermieter reagieren auf Anfragen und Nachrichten sofort und sehr nett. Jederzeit wieder.

Insgesamt sehr schön. Lage perfekt, absolut beeindruckende Kathedrale, hübsche Stadt. Wohnung hätte wärmer sein können - der Thermostat war für die Jahreszeit noch relativ niedrig eingestellt. Besteck und Teller haben wir vor Gebrauch abgewaschen. Da es für 6 Personen Schlafplätze gibt (sehr schöne Zimmer!), wäre ein Tisch für 6 Personen zum gemeinsamen Essen toll gewesen (evt. einen, den man an der Wand hätte herunterklappen können, dann wäre trotzdem noch viel Platz in der Küche?). Für uns (2 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder) praktikabel und sehr gemütlich.
