Im from indonesia and live in Sweden with my husband and kids.
My sister still live in Lombok, Indonesia. And she taking care of everything there for the house.
Now I open only for rent the house with long term minimum 2 years. Maximum 5 years long .
To rent the house in long term must have contract and my lawyer will taking care of the contract and everything.

This property is in houses resident. And its have securities 24/7 whose working there. And these house is in pretty lux area because it’s close to the beach and supermarkets is very close to this area. And many hotels in this area too. The beach nearby name is Senggigi Beach. And this beach is close to an harbor where you can take the boat tour and trip to Gili Islands.
