Villa Alceste is newly-built luxury villa for 4 guests with swimming pool, ideal for a holiday in Puglia, in San Vito dei Normanni. The villa, which is entirely fenced, is equipped with electric gate, parking, alarm system. Pets are allowed.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool, solarium and outdoor showers and equipped with modern accessories such as air conditioning in the two bedrooms, internet, washing machine, barbecue, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, hair-dryer, tv and satellite decoder.

The
newly-built Villa Alceste is surrounded by a beautiful and looked after
which is 6.000 square meters, embellished by Mediterranean vegetation
and fruit trees. By the swimming pool, which is surrounded by lawn,
there are beach beds and armchairs.
The villa is introduced by a
porch with dining area. In the big living room with glass doors
overlooking the surrounding view and the wooden covering, there are a
sofa, tv and dining. Next to it, the well-equipped kitchen,.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms
with air conditioning, one of which with tv. Moreover, there is one
full bathroom. Outside, by the showers, there is a half bath.

The
villa with swimming pool is on the highest area in the countryside of
San Vito dei Normanni, near the city centre with the main amenities and
the widespread museum Castello d`Alceste.
The closest beaches are
on the Adriatic coast, such as the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto. The
villa is also close to the Itria Valley, with its beautiful towns and
authentic rural landscapes.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The second bathroom is just a service toilet.
