The UHC PINO ALTO 328 is the perfect apartment for a couple or family with young children looking for an apartment near the beach without spending too much money.



It is located 5m on foot from the Capellans Beach and Llevant Beach and just a step away from the tourist centre with all services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets and entertainment venues. You can walk everywhere and discover everything Salou can offer you to enjoy a memorable stay. The Capellans Beach has a Blue Flag and is perfect for going with children, there is a very family-friendly atmosphere and a children's park in the shade of the pine trees, in case they get tired of the sun.



LAYOUT:

Cosy and very practical. Comprises:

- Furnished terrace with street view.

- Living-dining room with balcony. There is a sofa bed.

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen

- 1 bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace

- 1 bathroom with bathtub.

- Additionally, there is a small cabin (without windows) next to the entrance, with bunk beds.



GOOD TO KNOW:

- Air conditioning only in the dining room.

- Community area with seasonal swimming pool.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. Key collection is done at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Online registration 48h before arrival is required (Royal Decree 933/2021). Keys are collected at the UHC offices, Av. Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Outdoor pools (if available) are unheated and open 01/06–15/09 (dates may vary). Services may be limited due to unforeseen circumstances.

Appartement qui correspondait aux attentes, cependant le réfrigérateur était incomplet (l'absence d'un bac empêchait d'y lettre des bouteilles de grande taille) et le rideau de la baie vitrée du salon impossible était impossible à remonter complètementIl faudrait penser à remplacer le canapé lit qui présente des signes de fatigue évidents.Le quartier est animé mais pas trop bruyant, avec quantités de commerces et restaurant à proximité.

Fast perfekt

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage war top. Das Schwimmbad genau wie beschrieben. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass es keinen einen deutschen Fernsehsender gibt und auch kein WLAN. Das war ein bisschen schade, da wir teilweise sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten. Aber ansonsten war alles genau wie beschrieben

Très bel appartement. Il manquait juste un peu de produits de première nécessité, type sel, poivre, huile....même en petite quantité ça peut dépanner.
