We loved our stay at Beth’s place! It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the comfortable furniture. Beth was also super responsive. Would love to come back for another stay!

Wonderful Apartment. Gorgeous View.

The apartment has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean from its terrace and every room. It is spacious, with plenty of room for two couples and kids - not that we had any! The kitchen has everything you need. It is nice to love in a well-used apartment. The owner is very helpful and responsive, and the concierge who is in every morning can help with any difficulties. Early in the year, when we were there, you can park right outside. This may be more challenging in the summer. You need the car to reach town and shops etc. The area is full of interest - much history but also amusement parks for those who like them, and of course the beaches. We loved our long walks by the sea. We also enjoyed the easy access to Barcelona (an hour and a half druve). We thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay for a long time (we were two months) or short.

2 weeks in Cap Salou Apartment

Our stay was for 4 adults in 2 double bed rooms (though a twin bunk bed room sleeping 4 remained unused) It was mainly 35 degrees so we had to use at least one of the 2 air con units in the hallway at night & leave the room doors open. Shower power good & facilities all worked well though we'd have liked a proper TV. The apartment & block could both do with a little upgrading, especially the ballustrading. We did have to fix the front room bed when the leg collapsed. This room is great however, as it leads onto the balcony where the view is nice (although you can see Tarragona port) We had a car (& got parked free w/out 2 much trouble) Daily we walked 10 mins to Cala Crancs cove beach which has a great bar & sand out 30M B4 it gets over your head. The nearest couple of restaurants & bars are on way to Cala Crancs with a decent supermarket next door. We walked 25 mins to next hotel conurbation 4 more choice & an especially good Italian. 45 minutes walk along beachfront takes you to Salou where we had a Thai & seafront Seafood restaurant. Kids running amok here but hey, its Salou in the school holidays ! We did go to the excellent Port Aventura. After 5pm ticket price is just 34 euros & only 30 for us over 60's. You have till 9-9.30pm to ride the main attractions as even though the park has summer fireworks starting 10.30-11pm many rides do shut early. We bought a fast pass for 65 euros. Barcelona was an 80 min drive & excellent as was Tarragona. Would we stay again - yes.

The photo gives a realistic impression. The very large balcony comfortably seats six people at the table. The terrace is shaded from noon onwards, which will be fantastic during the hot weather.We stayed there in February and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the sun every morning.The apartment gives you the feeling of being in private space. You can tell that the hostess's family also uses it privately, as evidenced by the furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We cooked almost every evening and thoroughly enjoyed the wide selection of seafood available at the large supermarkets.We would love to come back.

Long séjour

Nous y avons séjourné du 15 janvier au 15 avril. C’est un appartement très bien équipé avec de la place pour coucher confortablement 8 personnes. D’ailleurs, notre fils et ses 3 enfants sont venus nous rejoindre pour une semaine. Magnifique vue sur la côte. Un peu isolé et nécessite une voiture. En basse saison les commerces à proximité sont pour la plupart fermés et rouvrent pour les fêtes de Pâques. Endroit très calme et agréable en cette basse saison mais il faut se déplacer à Salou ou La Pineda pour les cafés et terrasses qui sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren Ende Mai in Salou. Es war bereits warm genug zum Baden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut super für schöne Ausflüge. Besonders genossen haben wir die abendlichen Spaziergänge zum Leuchtturm und die schöne Badebucht die man von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Und natürlich auch die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse aus. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Gemütliche und große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Der Aufenthalt hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war stets freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vom Balkon (und auch dem angeschlossenen Schlafzimmer) hat man einen schönen Meerblick und dank wenig Verkehr in der Straße auch meist seine Ruhe. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Je viens d'arriver dans l'appartement après votre départ et je suis catastrophé par l'état de saleté dans lequel vous avez osé le laisser... Je ne parle même pas des cadres brisés laissés par terre sans même ramasser les bouts de verre ! Je suis vraiment désolée de la mauvaise impression que vous a laissé mon appartement… J’ai contacté la Société qui s’occupe de l’entretien qui m’affirme que les alèses sont lavées régulièrement mais qu’elles commencent à être usagées. Je vais donc les remplacer. Pour les draps, il est bien indiqué dans l’annonce que tous les lits sont jumeaux, c’est-à-dire simples. Quant à la vaisselle dépareillée je pense que c’est la collection de jolis plats en céramique espagnole qui donne cette impression car il me semble qu’il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Les verres ne sont pas des verres à moutarde (il faudrait vraiment que je ne mange que ça pour en avoir autant) mais je conviens que ce sont des verres "premier prix" qui je pense sont suffisant pour une location de ce prix ! Effectivement je n’ai jamais pensé acheter des coupes de champagne car cela ne me semblait pas indispensable. J’espérais avoir fait mon maximum pour vous laisser arriver plus tôt que prévu sans aucune compensation financière…

A peaceful, relaxing spot with amazing views!

We loved our stay here. Every morning a beautiful sunrise over the Sea with walks down to the water. We were close enough for many day trips to different beaches like Pineda, Salou, and Cambrils. We explored the mountains and trails and visited many sights around Tarragona like the Monastery Poblet, the Ferreres Aqueduct, the Tarragona Amphitheater and Circa and more! Many great restaurants in the area and easy to get to markets. We had our car so we also drove up to Barcelona a few times and up to the Costa Brava. Just a lovely spot with everything in the apartment we needed for our month long stay. The apartment is well loved but everything worked and there were clean linens and towels and such a great price for Sea views! Yes, the area is a bit older and the off season can feel empty but it was just what we wanted. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. What a gem of a spot. We hope to return one day. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit Traumblick

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Raumaufteilung. Es ist Platz für die ganze Familie. Mit sehr viel Liebe und geschmackvoll wurde diese Wohnung eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist einfach nur wow!! Morgens hat man den Sonnenaufgang auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Der Blick auf den Hafen von Tarragona ist bei Tag wie auch bei Nacht sehenswert. Da kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist, gestaltet sich die Parkplatzsuche manchmal als Herausforderung.

Tout était conforme à l'annonce.

Vue exceptionnelle, propreté du logement impeccable. Emplacement au calme. A 5min en voiture de la grande plage de la pinede et des commerces, 20 min de Tarragone, et 1h30 de Barcelone.

Très bel appartement, bien situé

Très bel appartement, propre, confortable, spacieux, fonctionnel et avec excellente vue. Les lits sont confortables, l'air climatisé fonctionne bien pour rafraichir tout l'appartement et la grande terrasse est agréable. De plus la région est super intéressante (Tarragone, visite de vignobles su Priorat, route des Monastères, belles plages, parc Port Adventura,...) Le fait que cet appartement est utilisé par les propriétaire (et non pas 100% utilisé que pour la location) fait en sorte qu'il est bien équipé, propre et bien entretenu. Je recommande sans hésitation cet appartement au Cap Salou.

Wonderful appartment in excellent location

The appartment is on the 3rd floor of a 10 storied building and it is as wonderful as on the pictures. The view is fantastic. The terrace is in northeastern direction, so there is sun until late morning and shadow during afternoon and evening so that it's not too hot and very comfortably with a light breeze coming up from the sea. We very much enjoyed to relax there and have dinner with a stunning view. We stayed there during the first two weeks of June and did not need the air conditioning, although there were some really hot days. The appartment is very well equipped and was very clean (I must admit that I have quite high demands on cleanliness, but floors, cupboards and also the washing machine were in impeccable condition). The location is excellent, 1 hour drive to Barcelona, 15-20 min drive to the centre of Tarragona with excellent restaurants, many beautiful sights in Tarragona and around, a beautiful little beach (Platja de la Cala Crancs) in 5 min walking distance and of course several other beautiful beaches and sights in the whole region. Finding a space to park the car was never an issue, we often found a space right in front of the building. In general, we had the feeling that there were not too many tourists during that time and we enjoyed that it was not crowded at sights and beaches. Communication with the owner Mrs Barrou was excellent and very pleasant. During our stay there was a small issue with the toilet flush, but Mrs Barrou and the caretaker Felix did everything to solve the problem as quickly as possible, so it had no impact on our holidays. We can strongly recommend the appartment and the region for a beautiful holiday!

Beautiful spacious Apartment

We stayed as a family of four adults. Spacious clean accommodation equipped with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Wardrobes and drawers to be able to unpack all belongings. Wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture with a great view of the sea. Quiet location. Roadside parking. Photos advertised are accurate. 5 minute drive to center of Salou. Communication with the owner was excellent with prompt responses to any questions we had. Would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

Detta är perfekt lägenhet för två par. Vi var två par, som hade var sitt bra sovrum och var sitt badrum .Lägenheten är mycket välutrustad. Allting var rent och bra städat. Kontakten med värden fungerade perfekt. Vi hade två uppsättningar nycklar, jättebra!
