Ground floor: has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room that connects to the porch and the pool, and a large kitchen that also connects to the porch.

First floor: with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite.

Second floor: open space, with a double bed.

Garage: it can be accessed both from outside and from the ground floor.

It is equipped with all appliances: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, water boiler... And all of high quality

EXTERIOR AREA
The property is fully fenced. It has a private swimming pool and outdoor furniture, as can be seen in the photos. The pool is not fenced

Surfboards can be comfortably left in the garage. Although they can also be left outside the house, in a corner.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to do the online check-in on the same day of the reservation confirmation. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain. It is essential to enter any of our accommodations. The check-in must be completed 20 hours before arrival. Consult us if you have any doubts, we will help you in everything.

DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive, a few days before arrival, a request to make an online security deposit. This security deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.
