Our new Airnb, is spacious and dog-friendly with free parking on site.
Ideally situated within the green belt grounds of a gorgeous country estate here in historic Bradford on Avon, it very close to Bath and lovely surrounding towns.

Beautifully furnished it has a small kitchen, comfy king bed, wood burning stove and a large, luxury shower room. Plus your own patio and garden, a 50 inch smart TV and hi-speed wi-fi.

It’s a lovely space and designed with comfort in mind:
- super comfy King bed, feather pillows
- 50 inch smart telly.
- a large en-suite large shower room with toilet and underfloor heating as well as a radiator.
- it can be either heated or air conditioned (you control the temperature).
- real wood burning stove (we provided kindling, logs etc, you need)
- small but functional and well equipped kitchen.
- sofa bed with bedding already provided should you need it ideal for a third guest or child.
- free hi speed wi-fi

Guest access
The area is peaceful but our grounds do cover 12 acres - so there’s a chance you may spot one of our gardners or one of us (we live in the main house).
However, we have set it up for you to not need to see us.
Other things to note:
There is designated free private parking (off-road) for up to two cars.
You have your own private access to the Old Pool House.
You have your own private patio and section of the the garden.
Only paying guests can be in the property (no visitors).
Do take care if you walk the grounds as we keep ducks and chickens (enclosed) and there are horses in fields nearby which you should not feed.

We do have 2 fantastic enclosed dog playing fields you can book for your exclusive use which we will send details about when you book.
Gravel, minimal exterior lighting and steps mean it is not ideal for those with limited walking abilities.
