Welcome to our charming penthouse located in Torremolinos, just a 10–15 minute walk from the beach and the lively Puerto Marina in Benalmádena.



The apartment is ideally situated on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmádena, offering easy access to both areas. The El Pinillo train station is only an 8-minute walk away, providing excellent connections to Málaga city centre, the airport, and the rest of the Costa del Sol.



Several grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants are conveniently located just around the corner. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and well-established, with a pleasant mix of local and international residents, making it suitable for both short and long stays.



Guests can easily walk to the beach and Benalmádena Marina within 10–15 minutes, enjoying a relaxed coastal atmosphere while staying in a peaceful residential setting.



The Space:

The property features a spacious, bright, and modern living area with a TV and high-speed internet, ideal for both relaxation and remote work. The fully equipped kitchen offers pleasant mountain views and all necessary appliances for a comfortable stay.



There are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional full bathroom.



Outdoor spaces are a highlight of the penthouse. The large south-west facing balcony is equipped with a barbecue and a long dining table, making it perfect for shared breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. In addition, the property offers a private solarium (roof terrace) with 360-degree views, featuring a lounge area and sunbeds for relaxing throughout the day.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Cercanías train line is also easily accessible and offers fast and direct connections to Málaga city centre, Málaga Airport, Benalmádena, and Fuengirola, making it an efficient option for exploring the Costa del Sol.



The neighbourhood is suitable for walking, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everyday services close by. Taxis are readily available throughout Torremolinos and offer a comfortable alternative, particularly in the evening or when travelling with luggage.



Please note that, as is typical for Torremolinos, some streets in the area are slightly hilly.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.

- We have pool towels available. Please inquire about our rates.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It is located in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance to the marina and beach. The solarium is a bonus.

The property was excellent and exactly as described. It was clean and bright with fantastic outdoor space and in a great location. The pre check-in communications with our host Frank were straightforward and clear and the arrival arrangements were simple and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Poor penthouse

Aircon didnt work reported twice no response or help. no beds for penthouse at pool .only 2 beds on the sunroof and accomodates 6 people . there were 3 of us so not enough reported said couldnt help .outside light falling off wall at dining table outside. outside dining chairs damaged . bedroom drawer broken .black mouldy bathmat .not enough towels .no plug to use bath .all reported nothing done .also reported no blind or curtain in lounge to keep sun out as boiling they said there was none incorrect found a switch on last day which brought a blind down didnt have any netficks on the 2 tvs couldnt find english channels for this didnt bother .costarentals basically were not bothered with helping us or repairs very poor penthouse
