The apartment is reached via an elevator from the lobby, then up 2 flights of stairs.
This sunny apartment benefits from a dishwasher, large shower, clean contemporary furniture, king-size beds (UK size), one ensuite, and concierge service.
As we have to take time to prepare our apartment to be ready for guests, the earliest check-in time we’re able to offer is 4 pm and the latest check-out time is 11 am. Sorry that we can't be more flexible.

Additional House Rules
ID We require the identification of the lead guest and the full names of all people staying at the property before check-in. Without this information we cannot release the door code for entry nor check-in instructions.
MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE The listing is for 4 people only. Only those who are part of your booking, whose full names we receive in advance of your stay are permitted to utilise the property at any time during your stay. We do not allow any more guests or visitors to the property at any time. Groups who, without our prior consent, exceed more than their 4 named guests will be required to pay a fine of a minimum of £500 and guests who cover the security cameras to disguise the number of people entering the property, we will assume have exceeded the number and will also be required to pay a fine of a minimum of £500. In addition, the access codes will be changed, denying further access to the property.
NO BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS We do not accept bookings on behalf of other guests without prior consent. The person who books the stay must be the one who checks in and stays at the property.
COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING We do not allow our property to be used for filming and photography.
NEIGHBOURS We ask you to respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum in the communal areas. Please do not ring neighbour door bells nor trouble them for assistance.
LUGGAGE STORAGE Please be aware that it is not permitted to store any of your belongings outside of the apartment at any time due to fire risk.
DELIVERIES You are not permitted to share the building nor apartment door code with delivery companies nor anyone else aside from the guests named on the booking. Should you order a delivery, you will need to be at the apartment to receive it in person and only within your stay. Any item delivered to the building that you are not there to receive, will be removed from the building immediately by the maintenance team as it poses a safety risk.
CHECK IN TIME Your access code is only active from the time of your check-in. Please refrain from entering the building and waiting in the corridors any earlier as this poses a fire safety risk.
BEHAVIOUR Abusive behaviour towards concierge, our neighbours or anybody else in the building is not tolerated and you’ll be asked to leave.
ADDITIONAL FEES Any additional fees that your booking may incur must be settled prior to your arrival, we cannot give you your access code unless the balance is settled.
ACCESS KEY Should you lose the door access key, you will be charged £50.

The natural light, windows, and views were exceptional. As was the access to the canal for leisurely walks and restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet and easy neighborhood. If you don't need to be in the center of the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.
It was a really lovely stay at this stunning apartment, the whole place was super clean and easy to find/check in.
The views of the London skyline are amazing from the balcony!
The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen and facilities were great. The host was very helpful and quick to answer our questions.
We would definitely stay here again, it's perfect for a special occasion!
The Penthouse was as advertised and had beautiful views of the City. The living space was large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Our only constructive criticism would be to get new beds as both were very soft.
Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay in London!
Great apartment, quiet and great views. Definitely would be nice to add a tv.Outdoor deck has such potential if only they added more furniture and outdoor tables with more seating that functioned . Overall excellent stay! Maintenance never did show after several attempts but we were still happy.
The View and deck are amazing. The sitting room / Kitchen were perfect for the family. For London its a large space. However the flat needs some attention. First off there is no TV?? at this price why... Secondly the beds are listed as King size, but are small. King in the UK is a queen or double in the US/Australia. Curtains are missing in Bedroom 1, and there were 4 old hangers and rubbish in the wardrobe on our arrival. Its quiet at night, and away from street noise being a penthouse. The Location is not ideal for public transport, but good otherwise. Overall 4 stars.
