My place is decorated simple yet very cozy with a touch of my personal style. It is very versatile and modern with about everything you need. The best part of this is... It's just across to the best yet affordable restaurants in town.
The space
Our condo unit is a 2Br newly furnished unit with a simply modern touch. It is situated at the heart of Dumaguete . Near to the best and affordable restaurants in the city. A walking distance to the Escano Beach where you can smell the fresh breeze of the beach.
Guest access
You can Access the Pool Area and Gym , Just need to schedule it at Marina Office.
Other things to note
If you want to sample all the hopping nightlife, You're for a treat: My unit is downtown within walking distance to bars and restaurants.
