Ubicado a menos de una milla del muelle popular en Surf City, nuestra recién actualizada, casa de 4 dormitorios OCEANFRONT es el lugar perfecto para su próxima escapada familiar! Esta casa tiene suficiente espacio para todo el mundo con 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. Despierta con el sonido de las olas. Olvídate de arrastrar todo tu equipo de playa todos los días ya que sólo puede salir a su balcón y caminar por las escaleras de la playa.

No hay ninguna necesidad de traer una cosa! Esta casa viene totalmente equipada con una cocina llena de todo lo necesario para preparar comidas y recuerdos. Hay 4 habitaciones que pueden acomodar hasta 10 personas (1 cama king size, 2 camas queen size y 1 litera con camas matrimoniales para un total de 5 camas en 4 habitaciones) y 3 baños completos, así como un exterior climatizado ducha. La casa tiene Wi-Fi, 3 televisores con cable y uno de esos televisores tiene tecnología inteligente para el acceso Netflix. Tenemos un asiento de elevación, así como bedrails, juegos y juguetes para los niños, juguetes de playa y sillas para su uso.

Spring Break

Great location with excellent ocean views. Walk down your own boardwalk/beach access and you are standing in the sand. Very clean and excellent communication. Fit our family of 5 with 3 kids perfectly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great property!

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this house. It's the perfect location in Surf City: close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants, but far enough that the beach isn't crowded. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we appreciated that a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap was included. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck overlooking the ocean. The owner was quick to respond to my questions, and the check-in process was a breeze. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect spot.

This was exactly the beach house we hoped it would be. It was clean, had every item we needed already there, and because the living area is on the 2nd floor, gave the best view of the ocean. We will be renting here again.

Wonderful experience

The location was amazing, the little toiletries/condiments/ beach gear etc that the house provided for us was a huge help and very thoughtful! Only needed to contact the owners one time with a small issue and it was solved in less than an hour. Catherine (the owner) went out of her way to message me and make sure our stay was going well, basically, she is AMAZING! The location is perfect, a very short walk, down the steps, to the beach and very close to all the shops and restaurants!

Beach Lover's Dream

Wonderful beach front property. Everything needed for a relaxing week away from the rat race. Plenty of space for everyone, (there were 9 of us), plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Loved the covered deck so could feel the sea breeze without being directly in the sun. Owner was responsive but not intrusive! Clean and family friendly. Would definitely rent again.

Just Beachy!

We had an amazing week! The house was clean and had all amenities needed for our stay. We loved having the outdoor seating areas on both decks to enjoy the ocean views when we weren’t on the beach. We had our 7yr old and twin 2yr old boys with us and they loved all the toys and boogie boards available to use. Also the other side of the house was rented out and we were nervous about it being too loud but had no issues! The outdoor shower was great for cleaning off our little ones too! Cheryl was amazing our entire stay. She responded so quickly to the few questions we had during our stay!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this place. Great distance from Surf City proper. There were two nice beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and an umbrella available to use which saves room when traveling. House was clean and the kitchen was very useful. We were happy to see a Nespresso machine there and didn’t need to bring ours, just the pods! Would love to rent this house again next year!

The name says it all!

Serenity by the Sea was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway! When not on the beach, we were enjoying the view from the deck. The home had everything you would need - and then some. The owner was amazing. Highly recommended!

We will be back!

We needed an adult best-friend get-away. The house was clean, calming and had beautiful views. The porch had plenty of comfortable seating and we spent most of our time out there chatting. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach. The home is a duplex, but we had complete privacy and a private entrance to the beach. We loved that the house had multiple levels; the upper balcony was great for dolphin watching. We also loved that each level had direct access to the beach. The beach was literal steps from the home and was exactly what we wanted. The house was very clean and spacious; we traveled with a party of 3, but could easily see ourselves coming back with additional family or friends one day. The location was perfect. We have stayed all along Topsail Island over the years, but this location was in Surf City, which allowed us to be close to restaurants for take-out but still have plenty of room on the beach. The owners were responsive and attentive, checking in on us right after check-in and right after check-out to make sure we had everything that we need and that we had a great time. They added many small touches that were unique: a Thank You card, a gift of snacks, and a gift certificate for a dozen donuts at a local bakery. I have stayed at many VRBO locations and was impressed at the thoughtfulness. We hope to be back soon! In the meantime, we highly recommend this property.

Refreshing and wonderful

The view is amazing. The home has everything you need. They even left a coupon for a dozen free donuts! What a healing home. Thanks Hunter family for sharing it with us for a few nights! The house is situated in the perfect spot. My only suggestion would be a deep clean to get the dust bunnies away.

Great location and beautiful view!

Excellent location and beautiful view of the ocean! Overall the house was great. The king and upstairs queen were super comfortable mattresses and the house was stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies. The biggest complaint was an excessive amount of cockroaches on the upstairs back deck At night. There were also have a lot of bugs and fruit flies inside upon check in (we understand that’s a standard beach issue, but it was a noticeable issue). There wasn’t enough room for our trash and recycling due to previous guests. They provided a smaller can for us but it All attracted a lot of flies. The house could use a good dusting behind and under furniture as well as around the air vents on the walls. Outside of these little things it was excellent and very comfortable and perfect for our girls weekend!

AMAZING getaway location!

My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place right on the beach. This was the perfect location! We really enjoyed being able to walk right out and get our feet in the sand with our morning coffee. This house was beautiful, clean and had all of the conveniences of home. Catherine was awesome to work with and very responsive. We cannot wait to book this house again with our children and parents in tow- there is tons of room to spread out! We had the best doughnuts and tacos of our life in this cute little beach town! Shaka Taco and the Fractured Prune (for doughnuts) are an absolute MUST!

Absolutely Perfect!

Perfect vacation spot for two families (four adults, three teenagers). First of all this house could not be more on the beach. Not anyway to describe it than on the beach. From the deck you see your private catwalk across a small dune to the beach, you see the beach, and you see the Atlantic. The beach is very nice and the water is crystal clear. It is not crowded at all but there are enough people for a little bit of people watching. The house is very nice and very well equipped. The WiFi works very well (not a single complaint from 3 teenagers) and all four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Three full bathrooms and three TVs. The living/dining/kitchen level is great - the seven of us had almost every breakfast, lunch and dinner homemade in the kitchen and seated at the eight person dining table. The indoor and outdoor seating areas worked great for relaxing after dinner and star gazing. The carport accommodated our fully loaded truck and SUVs with bicycles and kayaks. The outdoor shower is awesome and there is a hose on the catwalk to get the sand off. The house is an easy walk on the beach and an even easier bike ride on the low trafficked road to the fishing pier, hot dog / ice cream shack, taco eatery, and the Surf School. The Dads and the kids took a surf lesson and everyone learned to actually surf and had a great time. I can’t think of a single thing I would change about the entire week! And last, but not least, Catherine is simply delightful. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her beach house and treating her guests wonderfully. Be sure to rent this place - just don’t take my week ‘cause I’ll be back ;)
