Check in time: Check in time is from 3pm onwards and departure is by 9am. If you are expecting to arrive after 5pm, please call reception to make arrangements for key collection. During off-peak season times we may not be able to accept arrivals after 5pm. You must call the park direct to make prior arrangements.
Wi-Fi: Please be mindful that Pembrokeshire is a rural area – chosen for its beauty, landscape and proximity to the sea. Therefore Wi-Fi availability cannot be guaranteed.
Travel cots: Celtic Holiday Parks do not have cots available. We advise guests if they wish to bring cots that some units do not have room in bedrooms for cots; they would need to be placed in larger lounge areas.
Pets: As per Park term and conditions pets are STRICTLY not to be left unattended in accommodation and MUST be kept on leads at all times.
Towels: Please bring your own towels if staying in Manorbier 2 or Carew 3.
Please note Charlie’s Bar and Restaurant is closed on Wednesday's.
Noble Court – There are currently pitch development works being undertaken at Noble Court Holiday Park with an anticipated end date of the 31stof December. Work is being carried out Monday – Friday and should not cause unnecessary disturbance.
Group Bookings/Party Types: Group Bookings may be accepted, but only with prior agreement with Hoseasons. No Work vehicles or Work wear will be permitted onto Park. Un-authorised Work Parties/Groups will not be allowed to stay on Park. This park does not accept same sex group bookings.
Please note- If you have booked via a Travel agent, the Park would require direct Guest contact details for check in purposes and track and trace.
Celtic Holiday Parks are working very hard to ensure that, despite staff shortages, we are able to open our “Charlie’s” brand of restaurants as much as possible. However please do check with each Park in regards to opening days and times in advance of your stay. The opening of these venues is subject to availability.
Please be aware if you have made a same day booking and your if accommodation includes a hot tub whilst every effort is made your hot tub may not be up to temperature on the first night.
LP7206 & LP7207 will not have beds made up. All beds will be made with mattress protectors and bottom sheets. The remaining linen will be left in a pack on top for the guests to make up on arrival.
We have been notified by the National Grid that the electricity will be off from approximately 1830 until 2030 on Tuesday 15th Oct.
Customers booking between 17th & 19th March for a holiday in between 1st & 24th April will receive a £25 dining voucher.
